Need For Build Inc. is a family-owned and operated home improvement company that specializes in design, build, and remodeling services for homes, kitchens, bathrooms, and landscapes. They hold a General Building Contractor License and Landscape License with the Contractor State License Board of California, and they incorporate state-of-the-art, cost-effective water and energy-efficient solutions into every project to save customers money and improve their lifestyle. Customers have had a great experience with Need For Build, praising their exceptional customer service, amazing communication, and high-quality work. One customer mentioned that the company made the remodeling process much easier, while another had a positive experience with a bathroom remodel. They completed two excellent bathroom remodels, with project managers assisting with coordination of supplies and teams. Rudy, the project team leader, and his crew did a fabulous job building beautiful, upgraded bathrooms. The company's support didn't end there, as they continued to communicate and assist even after the project was completed, helping with financing and insurance issues. They also handled a patio renovation professionally, with Michael and Russell on-site every day, along with a great work crew headed by Luis. The work exceeded expectations, and the new deck was built with care and skill. One customer highlighted how difficult it is in today's market to find contractors who show up, do quality work, and are fairly priced. The team was respectful, timely, resourceful, and flexible, even coming up with creative solutions to complex problems. Jonathan, the project manager, was consistently reliable and transparent throughout the process. Overall, Need For Build's commitment to customer satisfaction, quality work, and reliable solutions has made them a trusted choice for home improvement projects.

Michael Watts was a great communicator throughout the project. Need for Build did an excellent job building a retaining wall in a tight space. I will contact them again for future projects.
