“I love this Home Depot and will drive to the Poway location even though there are 3 other Depots closer to me. This location is larger than some, and always has what I need when other locations are frequently out of stock on popular items. Today was the perfect example... I was looking for some specific plants as a gift for my daughter who just bought a house, and I called 3 other locations that were all out before trying this Poway store. (or at least they said they were out... At all 3 of the other stores I spoke to older sounding men that pretty much told me they no longer had the plants off the top of their head, and I am not sure if they even knew the plant I was referring to before just telling me no!) Big shout out to Renee in the garden center! She knew exactly what I was looking for, and told me they were in several locations around the garden center. She actually found a bunch of the plants I wanted, and offered to set them aside for me, which I very much appreciated. When I arrived at the store and asked for Renee, she greeted me with a big smile, by name (!) and had the plants already set aside in a cart for me. Thanks Renee! You made my day!”
“Clean, well organized....quick in and out...except for the Costco gas folks right at the corner make a long line. But there's a way to avoid the traffic...go in the back way via General Atomics Way.”
“Rented a 70lb jackhammer fast and efficient, they even told me I'd anything happen while I'm using it to call them so they can stop the time they're charging me, that is pretty cool, I appreciate their work ethics. Rented for 3 days.”
“I just picked up 2 oval mirrors by Moen I ordered online for my master bath remodel. At customer service the crew was all pleasant and I was referred to Victoria. She was so pleasant and perky. I was delighted after meeting rudeness at Costco's customer service, admittedly for the first time. Victoria was the perfect antidote.”

“I've been here so many times and just discovered the train display!! It's so huge and so many different things to see along the tracks. Thanks for the comfortable seating around the tracks. Lots of ideas for my own garden at this nursery”
