“I have a Brother XR3240 sewing machine. When sewing forward, the treads were good. However when sewing reverse/backward, bird nets were formed. I Googled, watched multiple Youtubes and have no clue what is going on. I called up Brother support and was given a long list of checklist for very generic sewing machine. So this is getting nowhere. I took the machine to Paradise Sewing, and Susan was very kind and helpful and solved the issue. Thank you VERY MUCH Susan for your help !!!”
