“On my first time visit on June 23, 2026 @ 3:30pm. Staff was readily available. The express pop up counter was out of service, but staff was very helpful. After multiple stops to find a shorter line in the area before flying out of state. I need to ship some stuff home so I didn't have to pay for a checked bag at the airport. I did noticed how the priority boxes have SHRANK in size over the pass few years. I'm a regular at shipping care packages, so keep this in mind. The airport also is changing, hence why i rather mail for $35 than pay $55+ for a checked bag that is not guaranteed to get to my final destination when I get there. My package did make it home the next day when i got home cross country. Thank you men and women for getting the job done. We still need you and your service and attention to detail to get the job done. It's unfortunate that staff have to work on Sundays. Let's fix this issue IMMEDIATELY! Parking was great.”

“You guys, customer service and any job interacting with the general public is ROUGH. Even when there’s a long line, the staff here works hard to keep it moving. Always polite and courteous. Robert is the nicest and very professional =) Plenty of parking onsite. This location also has one of those after hours large package drop off bins which I appreciate, especially if I need to drop something off on a Sunday. But if it does get full, it will get jammed. Only happens once in awhile.”

I've been doing business at this shop for several years and I cannot recommend it strongly enough. (They also have a fun stationary/gift store with lots of Sanrio and Pokémon products.) 10/10”

“Te people that work at this post office are so awesome! Even though it’s now out of my way, I continue to keep my PO Box here because the staff are that incredible. Every single person who works here is kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. I’ve watched them deal with some truly difficult customers, and they still manage to stay calm, friendly, and even laugh it off. That says a lot. Today really summed it up for me. I walked in and they greeted me by name — “Michael, here’s your box.” No line, no confusion, no hassle. They knew exactly why I was there and took care of it immediately. In a time when customer service often feels rushed or impersonal, this place feels the opposite. You’re treated like a human being, not a number. That kind of consistency and care is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. Hands down, the best post office I’ve ever been to. If the people who work here ever wonder if it makes a difference — it absolutely does.”

“I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I have been waiting for a suitcase from Germany for a long time, and it falls on the weekend and falls on Monday, which is the Martin Luther King holiday. According to the Internet, the package has arrived at the post office, but it will not be delivered until the next day. But because I have to take the flight back to my country the next day, I specially go. On one trip, the postmen passing by enthusiastically asked me what kind of help I needed. After looking around for no goods, they said they would pay special attention to me. I received the package more than an hour later. I just happened to see the postman appearing in the sun. I think they are all angels”

“First time visiting! Went on a busy Monday morning around 930am. I had 30 envelopes that I had to mail out for Father’s Day. I waited in a line for less than 5minutes. The postal agent took good care of each envelope printing out stamps for each one. My experience overall was good. I highly recommend this location.”

“Like most Military bases this base has a Post Office (staffed by civilians but mostly military personal) and is only accessible to those who have base privileges. No need to give it 1 star because you can’t access it. The staff is very kind and professional. I like to go to this location because it is clean, good parking and even when busy they move the line along quickly.”

“I needed help sending a package to Japan and making sure that I had the right address information entered in the correct boxes on the label and customs form since their address format is a little different than ours -- I didn't want to risk writing something wrong and have my package end up at the wrong place. The first woman I went to at the counter said she couldn't help me and turned me away, but ✨Mack✨ stepped in to save the day. He is from Japan and was very knowledgeable in helping me to decode the address and make sure I had everything correct. I was very nervous and messed up a few times but he was very patient with me. He is a treasure; I wish my local post office had someone as helpful and patient as him! ありがとうございました。大変助かりました。”

“OK people, one more time. The RB customer service USPS location is NOT in this building. This is primarily a processing center with a drive-through mail drop for the convenience of people who don't want to get out of the car. The USPS customer service office is two blocks down the street to the south at Bernardo Center and Lomica Dr. So, please stop going to the wrong place and then trashing USPS workers for not being able to help you.And, BTW, if you don't like the USPS, try mailing something anywhere else. Only Vatican City has a better postal service - but they don't have to do door-to-door delivery for over 300 million people spread over an entire continent. Our postal workers are great folks working habitually short-staffed, so show some respect.”

“Considering this is not a full-service post office and just a mail sorting annex, staff do the best they can with the limited resources they have. Yes, I had to wait 10 minutes after ringing the bell, but it’s a large warehouse and it takes time to stop whatever task they’re doing and get to the door. They were really helpful, and I got my mail without any issues. They even gave me a bag to help carry it all haha. Super friendly and polite. Just plan on following the signs to get to the door for customers and waiting after ringing the bell. It’s not ideal, but hey, it’s definitely not their fault that they don’t have a counter or a person whose job is to manage the counter and pick up the phone.”
