The USPS University City Carrier Annex has a low rating, leading to low expectations. However, multiple customers report their visits were pretty painless with fast and friendly service. The customer door looks kind of run down and the building looks kind of weird. There is not a lot of parking, which could be an issue. Service was smooth, with packages retrieved within minutes of ringing the bell.
Location is pretty strange and parking is odd, but overall had no issues picking up a package here. Wish they opened earlier. Got here 10 minutes before opening at 10am, an employee opened the door and got my package pretty quick. By the time they opened I had my package within 10 minutes.

They never deliver packages. They never pick up calls. If you go in person to pick up a missed delivery (they often don't leave the address for you so you have to guess), they usually make you wait an hour or more. USPS is the worst of the big 3 carriers and I hope they go under.

HORRIBLE. they take SO long and they know you are waiting and ringing the doorbell.
