“I AM DONE SUFFERING AT USPS! I honestly cannot believe it took me almost 20 years to discover that places like this exist. The USPS near us has terrible reviews, and unfortunately, my own experiences there have usually matched them: long lines, employees chatting while customers wait, and a general feeling that nobody really wants to help you. I understand that many postal workers are probably burned out, and I have met a few good ones over the years—but going to USPS still feels like a chore every single time. Today was my first visit here. I saw all the great reviews online and decided to give it a try. What a difference. The moment I walked in, someone asked what I needed and immediately helped me find the least expensive option. I assumed I had to ship my item in a box, but the young woman helping me suggested using one of those durable mailing bags you often see from Amazon. It worked perfectly and saved me money. She patiently explained the different shipping options instead of simply trying to sell me the most expensive one. She was professional, careful, and genuinely helpful. The store is also clean, comfortable, and nicely air-conditioned. This is the advantage of a real mom-and-pop neighborhood business. They treat customers like they matter because this is their business and their community. The service was so good that it felt like being taken care of at a great restaurant—you almost wish you could leave a tip. The best moment happened as I was leaving. I was wearing my Los Angeles Dodgers hat, and an older gentleman possibly the owner suddenly called me back. For a second, I wondered what I had forgotten. Then he searched through his keys and proudly showed me his Dodgers keychain. He was a Dodgers fan too. It was such a small interaction, but it genuinely made my day. These little human connections are becoming harder to find as Amazon, franchises, and big chain stores take over everything. This place reminded me why neighborhood businesses still matter. It is conveniently located next to Target, and I highly recommend giving it a try. I may not need to ship things very often, but whenever I do, I know where I’m going. I’m done suffering at USPS.”

“I bet you thought customer service didn't exist anymore, but it does! I found it!! The people at Postal Annex FedEx store in Poway are the best! I get oversized packages sometimes that cannot be easily received without using an expensive Receiver. Dennis at Postal Annex has streamlined this process and made it so easy for me to receive my bulkier packages in a simple and economically efficient manner which saves me money and gives me the confidence that it is being handled well. He's always on top of it and very communicative (speaking of which, he also has a great sense of humor and will make you smile). You will get great customer service, efficiency, and leave the store with a smile on your face knowing that things went well. Highly recommend!”

“I’ve been coming to this location for a while, partly because it’s conveniently close to my office, but mostly because the ladies who work here are always so nice, helpful, and professional. Today, when I walked in, I immediately noticed how wonderful the store smelled. I actually said, “It smells like a vacation in here—how wonderful!” 😂 There was a subtle coconut scent that instantly made me feel relaxed and, for a moment, helped me forget about all the chores and tasks waiting for me today. Who knew a store could provide a mini vacation? I was returning an item to Lulus and realized I had never received the QR code I needed. The lady helping me was incredibly helpful and knew exactly what to do. She made the whole process quick and easy, allowing me to check one more thing off my never-ending to-do list! Thank you, ladies, for always being so friendly, professional, and helpful. You’re doing a great job—and please keep that vacation smell going! 🥥🌴😊”

“On my first time visit on June 23, 2026 @ 3:30pm. Staff was readily available. The express pop up counter was out of service, but staff was very helpful. After multiple stops to find a shorter line in the area before flying out of state. I need to ship some stuff home so I didn't have to pay for a checked bag at the airport. I did noticed how the priority boxes have SHRANK in size over the pass few years. I'm a regular at shipping care packages, so keep this in mind. The airport also is changing, hence why i rather mail for $35 than pay $55+ for a checked bag that is not guaranteed to get to my final destination when I get there. My package did make it home the next day when i got home cross country. Thank you men and women for getting the job done. We still need you and your service and attention to detail to get the job done. It's unfortunate that staff have to work on Sundays. Let's fix this issue IMMEDIATELY! Parking was great.”
