“I have been a long time, T-Mobile customer and was having a difficult situation using the app! I was ready to switch carriers. I came into the store and was approached by a helpful woman. I missed her name. Unfortunately we had to escalate to the store manager Rashad. They both handled our situation with impressive professionalism, and stayed with us until the issue was resolved, including a 40 minute phone call to their corporate. I want to thank Rashad for his patience, and competence! I will remain a customer because of his efforts.”

“Verizon messed up big time when they put an almost $300 dollar charge on our account, for which I wasn’t informed I had signed up for. After being on the phone with customer service for several hours, all they did was credit $75. I went in this store to completely cancel our service because we were just fed up. The manager and reps here were very helpful and they were the reason I did not cancel my services completely. They helped us get our issue resolved and gave us a better and newer service, the service I had initially wanted. Huge thank you to the workers here!!”

“Went to this Verizon store (C. H.) to comparison shop against my carrier and other sales channels. Was helped by Kendrick. Despite not making the switch (yet) Kendrick was very professional. A great listener and answered all my questions. He patiently walked me thru Verizon promotions and was highly knowledgeable about the various cellphone models. Rarely, do you come across someone in retail sales that know their stuff, and are very professional. Kendrick is a credit to Verizon.”

“I disconnected the internet at work and I was having trouble getting reconnected. Of course I called in to customer service and was able to get support right away without a long hold time. Everyone was super nice from Niko (sorry if I misspelled your name) to Mark. Mark checked on my ticket that was open and was very friendly and knew what I was asking even if I didn't. Mark took the time to explain what to look at and do. I had trouble finding our network name and password. Within 20 mins later, Mark called me back and was able to provide that information for me and suggest I call back if I continued to have issues. I know Mark took his time to find the network name and password and that is really appreciated as other companies I've experienced would have just send someone out because it's easier to do instead of doing the research after business hours. Thank you Mark for your patience and help!”
