She went above and beyond to find the right shoes with the right fit to help me at work. I stand for 8 hours while working so it is important to have great shoes to prevent aches and pains after all those hours. Thanks to Kea and her help I bought 2 pair of shoes instead of only 1.”

“Last year, I purchased a pair of work boots that I only wore during the rainy season. Unfortunately, I recently discovered that the soles on both boots had cracked and split in half. I didn’t notice the damage until this year.
I visited the store last night to buy a new pair, and after explaining my situation, the manager offered to looked up my original purchase see if i am still eligible for warranty. Even though it had been a little over a year, he still honored the warranty and gave me full credit toward a new pair—one he personally recommended as a better option.
Huge kudos to the team for going above and beyond. Not only did they save a customer, but they also earned a lifelong one.”
