“Besides having to pay $10.00 for not banking with chase I was able to cash my chase check here with no issues. I was greeted at this location as I walked in and the teller was very helpful. When I first handed her my check she stated she had to check to see if she was able to cash it due to the amount. After she was done checking she proceeded with cashing it I just had to show 2 forms of ID. Voilà my chase check was cashed.”
“Fantastic location for personal or business transaction. I personally do business here and this branch is my go to. The bankers here are excellent at their jobs and second to none as far as customer service! They are very professional, polite, and most importantly they know and care about their customers! I have had BOFA most of my life but past three years of being with Wells, I don't want to go back to BOFA. Highly recommend wells and this Branch in particular!!!!”

“So, et me first start off by saying my interaction with CHP Credit Union made me sign up for YELP just so I could give a shout out to JACK! I wish I had his last name, but I am sure they ill know who he is. My grandpa was in Law Enforcement for 40 years. I had to assist with getting my grandpa's account set up with an online profile. Jack was very patient and professional during the whole process. He ran into some technical difficulties and was able to ask if he could call us back. 30 Min and BAM! Phone call came in. He accomplished the task at hand and I couldn't have been more pleased. This man deserves a raise! Great job Jack the world needs more of you!”

“It took forever but the Bank manager was so helpful in helping us get some money that was lost after a deposit into bank a point they literally closed the same the money was deposited. It was a sh*t show but the bank manager did everything to make it right! I forgot her name. But she knows who she is! Thanks!!!!”

“I have been coming to this location for around 10 years, about once a month just to deposit some checks. Never had a problem. It is located inside the 99 Ranch Market and there is hardly ever a line, so I'm in and out in a few minutes. There is also plenty of parking in this shopping center. My only slight complaint has to do with their hours and I wish they would open earlier in the morning, current posted time is 11:00 AM.”
“This is the branch for fast equipment financing for small businesses. Had a fast approval process with a 2 page application. For privacy reasons unfortunately I can not name the 3 lady bankers who make this happen. Walk in and you won’t be disappointed”

“The online application kept saying we can’t verify your information, but a representative called me and he opened up checking and savings account within 3 minutes. I wish I would have remembered his name. No line at all to deposit money in my accounts. The tell Ankur very friendly and professional. I’m giving this bank a 5 star because I’m a victim of ID Theft and the representative understood me and was able to open my accounts real fast.”

“Honestly not sure why this location has such low ratings, just went in to get a cashiers check and I was in and out within fifteen minutes? It was pretty packed too.Upon entering I was greeted by what looked like a manager, and the line took no more than 10 minutes max.The banker woman was very nice.Only piece of feedback is they could probably use more bankers, my guess is that the wait time is probably the reason for the negative reviews. But even that wasn’t too bad.”
