“I had the great esteemed gratitude of being assisted by Diego and John this evening when my Schwinn Classic's chain was slipped and I was without knowledge on how to make the remedial repair. In my misunderstanding of how the chain is assembled on the rear wheel sprocket, I actually left a disordered tangling, but these two gentlemen were patient and adept to provision the repair relatively easy and quick. Thank you and your team for delivering quality care. It was my gratitude as well that this vendor/repair shop is located conveniently close to the Metrolink train transit, so it is only a short walk with the bicycle. Bike fits aren't exactly formulaic; Andrew's years of experience & attention to detail set him apart. Can't recommend him enough, he doesn't money gouge and honestly should charge more for services. “My wife and I were all ready to go riding when I noticed a flat tire one of the mountain bikes. I already had the bike on the rack and I told my wife I would drive to Southridge to buy a tube. When I got there Don came out to my Jeep and said he would install the new tube and have me on my way. I took him up on the offer and had him replace both tubes as they were both 6+ years old. I was in and out in about 10 minutes! I recommend Southridge Cycling!”

“Trek warehouse and distribution in Ontario CA is just that, a warehouse and distribution location. They don't sell anything only house and distribute trek products to retailers or shops. The location is located next to the 10 and 15 freeways in Ontario ca and is guarded with armed security 24hrs a day 7 days a week year round.”
