“Just want to give a shout out to the paint department! Jaiden greeted me with a big smile when he saw me enter the area with a picture. I showed him the artwork and said I wanted to paint an accent wall with one of the blues in the painting. He suggested a number of shades and put them against the painting for me to match. He told me the difference in paints and suggested that Satin would work the best in the room. He was very kind and helpful. It's rare and nice to see his generation treating a 59 year old woman with respect. He didn't rush me and made me feel confident in my choice of color. I will post a picture when it's done! We were looking to rent a van to move a large antique hutch and needed the width measurement inside the van between the two wheel wells and he did not hesitate to get it for us. “My hot side bathroom sink valve was leaking. I went to all the big box hardware stores. They asked me what brand my faucet was. We bought the home 23 years ago!!!! Nobody could help. I finally remembered PWO from a prior interaction. The lady took one look at it, and immediately identified it as a valve stem from a Company that went out of business decades ago. Through cross referencing and knowing that other Companies have taken over making parts that used to be made by now defunct Companies, PWO was miraculously able to supply me with that almost impossible valve stem to find. Getting that part saved me a fortune in what I thought was going to happen.......buying all new faucet hardware and having to hire a plumber to fix my dilemma. “I love this place. Terri in paint is so nice. She asked me if I needed help and even custom made me a color. She's like my paint fairy godmother. The colors was a perfect match. Then when I went to checkout, I saw a bunch of self checkout registers, but I hate those. Chuck opens up a register for me so I didn't have to self checkout. I went back two more times last week. Each time I had amazing customer service.”
