“As someone with little experience importing a large item from China, I found myself in a stressful situation when my shipment was prematurely sent to the Port of Long Beach. The process there is extremely bureaucratic and not very friendly to individuals, and I was running out of time.
I contacted several brokers, but most either didn't want to help or ferment very approachable. Then I found Packair.
I was quickly connected with Cindy and Salvador, and they immediately took action. From the start, they treated me like I was part of the team-responsive and genuinely friendly.
Salvador especially went above and beyond, guiding me step-by-step though the entire process, clearly explaining everything and making sure I had the right documents. Thanks to him, everything went smoothly.
As soon as customs cleared my shipment, they moved it to a warehouse right away-avoiding any extra charges- and within a couple of days had transportation arrange to deliver to me in central California. The delivery was even earlier than scheduled
