“This is a really cool and chic store in downtown San Clemente on Del Mar. It's locally owned and operated and they also sell online (they have a first time user discount code when you go to their site, woohoo!). They sell really well curated items of clothes, shoes, accessories and other fun things like cards/signs. Their items aren't super pricey, but not cheap. Their clothes are really cute and most people should be able to find something they like. They have given me good customer service when I have visited also!”

It's full of fabulous staple pieces, the quality is great especially for the price point, and the staff was so wonderful. “Popped in here last week as I was in the area. What a great boutique! They have a nice variety of tee's, tops, hats, really cool pants, dresses, jewelry and wraps. It is a mix of chic and a little bohemian. I was surprised how busy they were. Customers were finding things they liked and buying even though the price point is a bit high. I loved the layout and the girls that work there, especially Rebecca! She is super sweet, knows the merchandise well and has excellent taste in putting pieces together. I must say though that both girls were super helpful and nice with no pushing. I will definitely stop back in as this is a great store!”

Great small business with a variety of interesting, unique, as well as collectible antiques, vintage and previously owned "treasures!" But I must say the real treasure here is my new buddy Ziad, the owner. I worked in retail for over 20 years and I don't think I've ever come across a shop owner as friendly, sincere and personable as Ziad. He always makes me feel right at home and his prices are great! “I went to Vans in the Irvine Spectrum Center location, and this amazing employee named Aramis helped me multiple times with getting different sizes and helping me put the laces on the shoe. “Awesome little boutique with truly exotic and one of a kind jewelry! Everything is handmade mostly from Nepal, Thailand, and India. I loved the butterfly earrings, and I couldn't decide on just one, so I bought two! But don't worry, it's just a design to look like real butterfly wings. The owner Revital was super nice, informative and complimenting. I will definitely drop by again while in the Dana Point area.”

“Great customer service and conversation always in this store. The brand is a premium brand, and the employees always go the extra mile. In the last few months I've had great interactions and help. Today Robby, was super helpful and went the extra mile. Good energy, good info and was chill. They have high quality products at all times and worth the price! They have a wide variety of socks and underwear for both genders. And then some other clothing. I'm a fan of this brand. Always had their socks but recently wanted a change with underwear. And that's where I went with stance. And my favorites are the poly blend and cotton. Great material and feels amazing. To be honest I was against paying more for underwear whether it's for chilling at home, going on dates or working out- I needed an upgrade for feel and durability. Stance is the brand.”

They also have buy one get one 50% off the second deals. Just time it right and it is a great place to buy gifts or treat yourself to some comfy casual clothing.”

“I have always enjoyed shopping at all Kohls locations, but the Kohls in RSM is especially great! There seems to be a very low employee turnover rate (which is truly impressive and valuable in today’s retail environment!) so therefore, I’ve gotten to get to know the employees and it feels good to be greeted on a personal level in return as well! In addition, the morale and enthusiasm is always upbeat and it shows that the employees genuinely enjoy working there, therefore I feel that I’m consistently treated with superior customer service! The store itself is also impeccable! The fact that it is two stories, and that it offers a Sephora inside as well as an Amazon return center, online pick up self service, ample parking, multiple checkout queues as well as several self checkout lanes just make it beyond convenient! And if there is something online at Kohls that isn’t available in the store, they offer free shipping if you purchase it while inside the store! I love Kohls as a retailer but shopping at the Rancho Santa Margarita (RSM) location enhances my shopping experience that much more! Happy Shopping!!”
