“CVS on Latrobe Road in El Dorado Hills is a very clean and comfortable store to be in. I have always encountered friendly and helpful people, whether it be in the Pharmacy department or in the general part of the store. When I use the pharmacy pick up counter, I am always greeted with a friendly face.”
“Use the drive through‼️ Called ahead and CVS voice message told be the Rx was ready. Their phone system recognized my phone number so I didn’t have to ask questions to a human. Very efficient. I’m withholding 1⭐️ based on frustration memories of going inside to the pharmacy counter to pick up an Rx. Use the drove through‼️”

“Everyone that works here has always been SOOO FRIENDLY FOR ONE!! But for 2 I was impressed by Jay's friendliness and problem solving skills while handling a miscommunication today. My fiance and I came in to buy drinks and I just so happen to see some jerky advertised on sale 2 for $10 so I just grabbed it and at check out it rang up at $21 so we showed him the tag w/ promotion and even though the promotion had expired he still refunded us $10 and we left happy wanting to leave a review. Rather than how it could have gone.. We weren't met with disrespect, told it was our problem, or blown off... He just handled the problem quickly and made the customers happy within reason! Well done!!”

“I come here often on Saturdays when I drive to the area to jog on the trails in the area. The staff here are nice, the coolers have a nice selection of drinks, and the bathrooms are clean, making it a great place to stop during a run. Because of the wide lanes, it is also an easy place to get gas.”

“Hey, for a place in the middle of nowhere when you are out driving around, this was a Godsend. I'm on the road a lot and finding a place to stop and use the facilities is often a challenge. This place is attached to a fast food restaurant so it has both food and restrooms. Although, I must say the restrooms could use a cleaning. But, they were open and they worked. Thank you!It is a gas station / convenience store so it has all the normal stuff as well. Check your destination when you are passing, you might not find another place to go (if you know what I mean) for miles and miles. Enjoy!”
