“I went to the Ashley store to just “look around” with no intention of buying today. My friend and I checked out many sectionals and had some questions. Jessica was our person! She’s a trained and experienced designer and she quickly applied those skills to help me select the perfect sectional. She was knowledgeable of their products, material, density of the cushions etc. I was concerned on the size and she took out her tape measure to make sure what I was thinking was going to be a perfect fit. She was convincing me that it was time to buy. The best part is that she went to bat for me with her manager and got me a killer deal! I really appreciate her thoroughness and her customer service. I told her that all of the furniture that is in my house currently is from Ashley and was bought 22 years ago. When I am in need to replace other pieces, Jessica will be my go -to. Thanks Jessica!!”

From modern and premium priced chairs, to felted coasters in a variety of colors. Calm vibe and set up. Great selection of smaller brands. Very unique collectables like some interesting wooden puppets, plates and placemats as well as a variety of animal hides.”

This was their first install in a hurricane prone state and went above and beyond to stabilize the hedges while keeping them looking natural. “We recently used Quetzal for a major kitchen renovation here in San Diego, and the final result is absolutely stunning. From the very beginning, Ifat and the design team was fantastic to work with. They listened to our vision and translated it into a beautiful, highly functional layout.
The execution and installation were equally impressive. The crew was professional, precise, and clearly took pride in their craftsmanship. Every detail was handled with care.
The only challenge we ran into was the lead time. Because the custom cabinets are built and shipped from Mexico make sure you are planning ahead. Ifat let us know of this and it did not impact our project just something to consider. The wait was 100% worth it. The quality of the materials and the flawless finish far exceeded our expectations. If you are planning a renovation and have a little flexibility in your timeline, I cannot recommend them highly enough. They truly transformed our space!”

“We purchased a book case from Ethan Allen several years ago. Both of the drawer rails that the drawer rides on had chipped corners, and the drawer would not lock onto the rails anymore. I went to the Ethan Allen store where we purchased the book case, spoke to Elizabeth a Great Ehtan Allen representative, told her what was going on. Elizabeth knew exactly what to do, by looking in their system, that showed the purchased item, and in a matter of minutes she had the parts ordered for us. Within a week the parts came in, and I was able to repair the rails. Elizabeth was outstanding in locating the parts in their system for us. She has a professional manner about her, very patient taking the time to make sure we were taken care of. We thank you so much Elizabeth.”
