“We recently used Quetzal for a major kitchen renovation here in San Diego, and the final result is absolutely stunning. From the very beginning, Ifat and the design team was fantastic to work with. They listened to our vision and translated it into a beautiful, highly functional layout.
The execution and installation were equally impressive. The crew was professional, precise, and clearly took pride in their craftsmanship. Every detail was handled with care.
The only challenge we ran into was the lead time. Because the custom cabinets are built and shipped from Mexico make sure you are planning ahead. Ifat let us know of this and it did not impact our project just something to consider. The wait was 100% worth it. The quality of the materials and the flawless finish far exceeded our expectations. If you are planning a renovation and have a little flexibility in your timeline, I cannot recommend them highly enough. They truly transformed our space!”

“The store is fairly large with extensive collection of each category. Currently the store added many different options and ideas for gift or gourmet foods for the holiday season. The prices are reasonable and staff is friendly. There is plenty of parking at the Solana beach store”

“I called the store to see if they had a set of sheets that was on clearance and back ordered online. I spoke with customer service from the website who said there was one pair at the Solana Beach store but that they weren’t able to order them for me. I called the store and they were able to help with finding the sheets and shipping them to my home. The person I spoke to treated me as though I was buying a whole living room set Instead of a $60 sale item. If I lived near the store, I would only go here for bedding and other things that I like from West Elm. Great customer service reviews so I came right online to leave one.”
