This shop has close ties with many top winemakers in the U.S. and Europe, and often have wines that are hard to find anywhere else. Have been a customer for--um--decades. They even delivered wine during the Covid shutdown--true lifesavers! Have attended a number of their wine tasting events, and have learned much about my favorite bev from them.”

“The bottles curated for us were delivered in beautiful packaging and right on time of the scheduled delivery date. Inside the box were instructions about each bottle we now have — so custom (almost like a somm or expert server when recommending wine). We are forever customers! “I remember this store being an Alpha Beta in the 70's, thus being, it's old and small, lacking the modern conveniences you find today in most supermarkets. There is no deli, bakery, fresh cut fruit. I shop here often and find most of the employees nice and friendly, and some that completely lack personality. The meat department is excellent, can't say the same for the seafood.”
“After going thru numerous liquor stores, this place is absolutely the leading one. Very clean, spacious, friendly, sociable, and knowledgeable of liquors. My brother in law came to visit and he's a collector. We actually came here for the pappy bottle picture when we googled. If anything, they have a more variety and rare/expensive ones. Although they sell other products but their main ones are liquors. Other stores have all sorts of stuff piled up in shelves and stuff that made it so "cluttered". It's like "In N Out Burgers" they focus on the main thing they're set to selling.”

“World Market is an odd store, but in the best way....sure there is furniture and stuff, but there is so much more.
1. Exotic Meats for charcuterie boards.
2. Exotic coffee and tea
3. Exotic candies and cookies
4. Other stuff too.
Hard to leave this store without some of the first three listed above.

“I've been in a couple times and they've been nothing but nice and had what I was looking for ready to go and at a reasonable price. One time I actually got to the counter and rang up and the dude working there told the woman ringing me up "Oh, that one says $24 but it's $19 right now, it should be marked down", he didn't need to, just a solid honest gesture. Really bad Mexican soap opera blaring on the TV but hey that's part of the charm.”
“Another great grocery store option in Vista. Stater Bros. has great prices, friendly employees, and a good selection of everyday items. Got some dogfood trays for $1 here. The store is well organized and easy to shop.
Vista has a lot of good grocery options depending on what you’re looking for. There’s Trader Joe's, Northgate González, Frazier Farms Market, Sprouts Farmers Market, Albertsons … and even Walmart and Target have pretty nice grocery sections too.

“I happened to stop into the Keg N Bottle to buy drinks after a long day. We are from out of town and unfortunately our stay in SD was extended due to unfortunate circumstances. I walked into this establishment and was greeted by pure kindness, that really uplifted me. Faris, was amazing and so kind. It’s really refreshing to encounter such great people/ humans. I would recommend Keg N Bottle to anyone. If I lived in SD, I would go out on my way to shop Keg N Bottle.”
“What can you say about total wine that hasn't already been said, simply put, this place is the mecca of alcohol. One thing that is weird that I've noticed, is that certain locations, even the ones in san diego county, have a totally different selection than the other stores that are a mere ten miles away. One of my favorite whiskeys is available at one location and it never is available at another.So I guess I don't understand why. But that's not a huge problem.Because they have pretty much everything else. Not to mention, they beat bevmo, almost always in price.”
