“Ok so I have to say that the customer service team here is awesome. Nathan from Paint and Kiana in flooring were super helpful in my search for a carpet that was on SALE. They were awesome. Nathan, even when he was on his way to lunch still took the time to help me Kiana showed up and was just super helpful didn’t hesitate and went to search top stock for my item. They are both Great at what they do I came in for one item left with two thank you for your exceptional service.”

“I visited this Lowe's for the first time. I received a notice that Lowe's was currently offering FREE Valspar Paint Samples to their rewards members until 8/20 and I took this as an opportunity to try Lowe's out.
I've been used to shopping at Home Depot, but not as much at Lowe's.
After I picked out my color, Berry Brown 1010-7, I let the clerk know what I came in looking for.
I looked down at her name tag and saw that it said Michelle. Ooo Michelle really is a gem!
She had a spunky personality, so friendly and smiling and also hard-working and attentive to her customers. There was a guy before me and then 2 other parties came after me. During my 5-minute wait for my paint, she kept making sure to finish as fast as she could. She even hand mixed my paint. She explained to me what I was getting, what would work best for my project and she even told me where I can find some cool new nail polish art!

My check out process was easy and I ended up getting a color I really like!!! It looks much pinker than the sample card, but I'm not complaining, I actually like it!!
