In fact, I got a free line as part of a promotion! I definitely recommend this store thanks to their stellar customer service.”
“I visited the store to return equipment that hadn’t worked at home. The assistant manager kindly helped me process the return and even offered to send a technician to set up my internet at home free of charge if I still wanted Cox service. He gave me his business card with a direct phone number.
When I called back, he wasn’t available, but his staff quickly arranged an appointment. The technician came out, resolved the issue, and now my internet works perfectly.
Thanks to the outstanding service at this particular store, I would gladly recommend Cox to anyone who struggles with getting a reliable 5G signal for home internet.”
