“Hands down the best bowling shop I've ever been to. Jeff, I think, is the owner or manager? I forgot to ask him name but that's the name on my caller ID when he called me to tell me my ball was in. Almost every other pro shop I've been to has been full of people who didn't seem like they wanted to be there, or just straight up unfriendly and aloof. Jeff and his staff the complete opposite. They seem to LOVE what they do, and I am all for it.
I ordered my ball Friday afternoon, and Jeff called me 5 minutes before noon the next day to tell me my ball was already in. The shop was BUSY on Saturday too, but he got my ball drilled and fitted relatively quickly considering how busy they were.
Everyone in the shop was very helpful and knowledgeable. I won't be going to any other pro shop from now on. This is my home shop now, and I don't even bowl at LG lanes.”

“I took my girls here today to get them softball gloves and Kim was just AMAZING! My oldest is playing softball for the first time in the fall and Kim walked her through how to put on a glove properly, how to take care of it, how to field a ball, how to find the proper seams/throw, SO many things. Kim's very knowledgable and was incredible patient and gracious with her time. My oldest left SUPER excited to start softball. We'll definitely be back here again!”

I showed up and got a blk vest with the blk commuter jacket for 63$ dude. These would have cost around 300$ almost with tax. She was cool and yea queit but who cares . Most people dont look out for others and just complain like in these reviews. People have problems, its not the store. Thank you fabletics!! ? “My name is Freddy Browarski and I am a coach at Zilla Water Polo in Austin, TX. We started using Kap 7 about 4 years ago for all of our suits, T-Shirts, caps, etc. and we have not been disappointed. I have gotten to work specifically with Wesley and he has been absolutely fantastic about getting back to me in a timely manner, accounting for all the minor details in our designs, and preparing dozens of mockups that helped us feel confident in our products before we even received them. I do not see why we would use anyone else but Kap 7!”

“Visited this location to have a hat custom embroidered. The gentleman who assisted me the first time was very informative. He let me know that my custom design would have to be send to their design dept and it was a three day turn around. Since I wanted the hat for the next day we agreed on making a rough draft, which came out very good for rough draft. A few days later the design has come back and I visited the store again. Another gentleman helped me this time, he was also very attentive and created a masterpiece. I was very happy with the service I got both times. I did happen to visit other locations before going to the MV location. At the two other stores the associates weren't very attentive and they didn't have the hat I needed in stock. I've been a customer of lids for a long time and will continue to be!”
