“Hands down the best bowling shop I've ever been to. Jeff, I think, is the owner or manager? I forgot to ask him name but that's the name on my caller ID when he called me to tell me my ball was in. Almost every other pro shop I've been to has been full of people who didn't seem like they wanted to be there, or just straight up unfriendly and aloof. Jeff and his staff the complete opposite. They seem to LOVE what they do, and I am all for it.
I ordered my ball Friday afternoon, and Jeff called me 5 minutes before noon the next day to tell me my ball was already in. The shop was BUSY on Saturday too, but he got my ball drilled and fitted relatively quickly considering how busy they were.
Everyone in the shop was very helpful and knowledgeable. I won't be going to any other pro shop from now on. This is my home shop now, and I don't even bowl at LG lanes.”

Kim takes time with your player to find the right bat for her. My daughter came in thinking she knew what she wanted. Kim listened, analyzed her swing, threw soft toss for her while my daughter tried out about 10 different bats… in the end, she helped my daughter find the bat that was right for here rather than just selecting something that looked good on TikTok. Considering how expensive bats are, it’s totally worth the trip here to benefit from Kim’s expertise!
I recommend calling ahead - Kim let us know what time she would be available to help my daughter, so we had her undivided attention during the process.”

“Not sure why anyone would complain lol , thos store was clean and the blonde girl working January 13 2026 morning shift saved the coat for me without asking. I showed up and got a blk vest with the blk commuter jacket for 63$ dude. These would have cost around 300$ almost with tax. She was cool and yea queit but who cares . Most people dont look out for others and just complain like in these reviews. People have problems, its not the store. Thank you fabletics!! ? “Visited this location to have a hat custom embroidered. The gentleman who assisted me the first time was very informative. He let me know that my custom design would have to be send to their design dept and it was a three day turn around. Since I wanted the hat for the next day we agreed on making a rough draft, which came out very good for rough draft. A few days later the design has come back and I visited the store again. Another gentleman helped me this time, he was also very attentive and created a masterpiece. I was very happy with the service I got both times. I did happen to visit other locations before going to the MV location. At the two other stores the associates weren't very attentive and they didn't have the hat I needed in stock. I've been a customer of lids for a long time and will continue to be!”

The make great suggestions and offer different ideas. It is always so fun to come to the MV store to shop or just say Hi! Chris was the mgr here before and he was also so great (he is at Fashion Island now) As you can tell I have been shopping here for a bit and keep coming back, not only because the products/clothes are so comfy because of the employees you have! I was pleasantly surprised at two things: the number of shoe brands available and the excellent service I received. Jade was very knowledgeable about the different shoes and asked good questions to help me narrow down my choices. After trying on a few different brand of shoes I found one that was right for me.
