“The store is great but can they get some signage out front?!? I am about to get a sharpe and poster board and make them a sign to put on Heather Ridge. Never ever have I seen a business this big not have a nice sign. Does Laguna Niguel not allow a sign? You would never know there is a Kohls there unless you knew there was a Kohls there! And even then you are unsure where to turn in. Okay rant over.”
“Big shoutout to Amare!(I think I spelled that right lol) I placed a same day order pickup and decided to catch the new Chainsaw Movie late. My family was supposed to grab my order but didn’t so I had to rush over. I called and not only was she incredibly accommodating but she also told me that if I get there a little late she would still get me my order so I can wear the shirt to the new movie! When I got there like 5 minutes before closing, it was already in hand and she told me to enjoy the movie and that I would like it. I can see why she is a manager there because she is amazing! Would highly recommend shopping here because of her! Thanks Amare!”

This place (and Paulette Vasconcellos, my personal trainer) have almost completely brought me back from a paralyzing surgery. They have amazing yoga classes for all levels of experience, and they are all so friendly! I love this place!”

“Site was very well stocked with many great items to choose from!! I had come in to see what was available as I had not planned on making a purchase. The employees were very attentive and even asked my group if we had signed up for rewards and to check what discounts we had available. We only walked half the store. I had a few items to think about purchasing in the future. There’s only so much Jack Skellington you can buy before it’s too much. I didn’t get to see any Loki items so that was a bit of a bummer. “Great store and filled with options!I stopped in yesterday for the first time in YEARS! The last time I recall shopping at Windsor was for my Winter Formal back in 2007! I was surprised and excited to see that they were NOT just a dress store anymore!They had so many cute outfits with so many different and fun patterns!After about 30 minutes of browsing, I found a simple but trendy top and an adorable summer dress. I headed to the register and was helped by Emily. “Not sure why anyone would complain lol , thos store was clean and the blonde girl working January 13 2026 morning shift saved the coat for me without asking. I showed up and got a blk vest with the blk commuter jacket for 63$ dude. These would have cost around 300$ almost with tax. She was cool and yea queit but who cares . Most people dont look out for others and just complain like in these reviews. People have problems, its not the store. Thank you fabletics!! ? I have quite a few clothes from you guys now and sport it in the gym and it makes me feel better knowing I have quality gym clothes and day to day clothes.”

“I have always loved this unique shop. There is an amazing variety of gifts. Whenever I have a special event this is the first place I look for a unique dress or duster. The velvet and lace pieces are to die for. To the poster who mentioned the increase in prices here, nothing is inexpensive these days. Rents are through the roof and goods and insurance have gone up tremendously. Unfortunately the consumer gets the brunt of it if people are to stay in business.”
