“Rarely write reviews but the staff in this store are absolutely fantastic. I live in Oregon but was driving through Redding and decided to drop in to Torrid located inside the mall there to look for some new additions to my tired wardrobe. I'm normally a grab and go type girl but I was advised that trying on was super important with the variance in their sizes in each style. So, I decided to fully commit to the experience and started picking out items that caught my eye - Many of them! The staff immediately started a dressing room for me and kept taking the clothes from me to add to the collection in that room. When I was trying things on they regularly checked on me, traded out for other sizes as needed, gave opinions when I asked on how things looked, made style suggestions when I couldn't decide what would complete an outfit and were just all around so helpful and friendly! They placed an order from the website on a couple items they didn't have in store to be shipped to my home and even carried all the bags out to my car; way above and beyond what I expected. Can't say enough great things and lots of items on sale. I do agree that trying on is important as my sizes ranged from torrid 2 to 4 depending on the style. While this store is a good 2.5 hours from my house, I'd 100% make this a regular stop when traveling through the area! Highly recommend!”

“Saw this little place while running an errand to a neighboring store. My teenage daughter was with me, and she loves thrift stores. I'm so glad we went inside. The owner, Kat, is such a sweet, kind person. We got 8 high-quality items, jeans, shoes, a hat, dresses, and earrings, all for $105.00. What a bargain! I posted about this on Facebook, and our friends chimed in with how much they like Kat. If you are looking for women's clothes and accessories, shop at this store!”

“I just want to give the biggest shout-out to the team at Zumiez at the Mount Shasta mall — especially Josh — for their incredible customer service. My 10-year-old son was shopping there today, and the way Josh supported him genuinely meant the world to me.
This isn’t the first time my son was helped and has had an amazing experience with Josh. My son had even said before we got there that he had hoped that you were working this evening. He’s talked so highly of you and I can absolutely see and understand why and it was a pleasure to meet you.
This is the first time I’ve personally met Josh and he recognized my son right away and that made my son feel so important.

“I’ve always loved Maurices. They have clothes in all sizes for almost every occasion. Dresses, feminine but sexy tops, jeans, t-shirts, sweatpants . from office attire to a fun Friday night out, you’ll find something you want to wear. Lots of accessories, and an array of shoes to choose from! They have a store near Macy’s at the mall, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. And you can also shop online. ???”
“I’ve been to clothing revival a couple times, and my sister has also dropped off some clothes for credit/cash. The prices are super reasonable since the clothing here is a lot more curated than say something like Goodwill, and compared to something like “Plato’s Closet,” the curation feels more intentional, on trend, and the store itself feels cleaner than the average consignment/second hand store. They’re very reasonable with what clothing they take as well and how much they give in credit in my opinion if you’re already wanting to just get rid of the clothing and not bother selling on market place. Staff is kind as well and just leaves me alone while I shop unless they notice that I may need something. Great little place, imo.”

“I sat at my computer just now reading all these reviews. I was shocked at how people only love to give horrible reviews when in fact this store has always come through for me & my 5 daughters finding formal dresses for every single occasion we've ever had. (Many) It sickens me that you can just sit at home or wherever, to pick apart a small mom & pops shop trying to sell merchandise at a reasonable price, and excellent service always. I'm certain that none of these people have ever had a small business to know how hard it is to stay afloat, when EVERYTHING is up against the small businesses in California. Get a life people! Stop complaining! Find something to be happy about!”
