“Will be coming to this location for my car needs from now on. I own a 2018 Honda Civic and needed a new battery. I tried THREE different Auto Zones, only because they changed my battery for me before. One store didn't have workers, one store told me the guy was on lunch, and the third store was just plain rude to me. Finally, I called this O'Reilly store because it was local and the man that initially answered the phone (Mark??? Sorry I don't recall) was very friendly and helpful and encouraged me to come in. I went in within 10 minutes from my initial call. The man who helped me over the phone was helping another customer so Justin helped me and let me just say... he was so helpful!!! so kind!!! he deserves a raise! he helped me right away and actually gave me advice as to which battery/warranty I should get. He showed me what he was doing and confirmed that everything was attached correctly. His customer service skills are incredible! Thanks so much!!”

“In an area with multiple other auto parts stores. Each is a short distance away from the other . The store is just south of the 5 way intersection .
Best part is that the prices in store were the same as online. The store attendant (forgot his name - short older Latin male) he was very nice and efficient.”

“visited this location on 12/18 because i needed a specialized fuse for one of my semi trucks. I couldnt find it anywhere, however when i call this O'Reilly's location the employee on the phone was super friendly and confirmed they in fact had 1 fuse left.

“My battery started going out on my car and this was the first place that came to mind. This is a Mom's and Pop's style shop. They have the best customer service and very helpful in finding a solution to my problem. They also have the best prices on for their product, if by chance something does you run into any issue they've got a warranty program.

“The workers are super kind, super helpful and are always more than happy to help you find your part regardless of whether you’re new to fixing cars or whether you’re a professional. Workers usually have a good knowledge when it comes to working on cars and they’re always glad to learn more.
The store itself is pretty much brand new and is next door to smart and final. It is very clean and anytime I need a part it’s usually in stock unless if it’s something off the wall that you need to order online anyway.
The parking lot could benefit from some shade like some trees or something but it’s not the end of the world.”

“I had bought some wiper blades from Costco earlier in the week. I went into this store today to see if I could find something cheaper and better but did not. On my way out a staff member Luis asked if I needed any help and I explained and thanked him. He asked if I had them with me and I said yes in the car but didn’t know how to put them on. He offered to do it for me and I said ‘but I didn’t buy them from here’ He said it was ok and came outside and installed them.. that’s customer service!!!!”
“There is a guy name Juan who works at O’Reilly’s in Redlands off of Orange. This guy is the man. He was very helpful for me. He went out of his way and beyond to help me with an issue on my car part. Also I had a battery issue and he helped me with my battery he gave me some great advice and my truck is running like a brand new truck. I am grateful for Juan. I recommend this man to have a raise a significant raise. He is an asset to this company. I don’t wanna deal with nobody but Juan, his customer service was superb.
