“I had a iphone with a broken screen, or so I thought. I had a quote of $110 for the repair. When I got to the shop, I was told that it was not the screen but the screen protector that was damaged. Really?!? A new screen protector was applied which cost $20 instead of $110. The repair was done in minutes. I could have been quoted the $110 replacement and not questioned the cost or the need for the repair. Really honest personnel. I couldn't be more pleased!”

“I contacted South Bay Mobile Repairs to see if they could repair the cracked screen of my Note 8. Since my phone is so old and they don't make it anymore, I wasn't sure if they would be able to. To my surprise, they said they could order the screen and replace it! They saved me from having to purchase a new phone! They are super courteous, and professional! I dropped my phone off and a few hours later, it was like new! Thank you fellas!! You did not disappoint! ?”

“Thank you, Leon and Alex! Excellent customer service and honest reliable iPhone XS Max repair. My iPhone screen is no longer eligible for Apple Care and had been cracked for a while. It started to have a white flashing light, then, it would go black, but, the screen was still “functioning”. Via phone, Alex suggested I fix my phone versus purchasing refurbished iPhone. They replaced the cracked screen, which fixed the other issues. The price was reasonable and less than a 1/3 of what Apple would charge me. The repair took about an hour! They were very professional and knowledgeable. I am grateful for their service.”

I went in for a firefighter upfit for my truck, lights, sirens, the works and it turned out better than my wildest dreams. They went out of their way to make the vehicle amazing. They even made a special bracket for a light bar so that it would fit on my vehicle. They had great communication and the service was fast and at an amazing price! “This place is extremely good and very skilled. I dropped of my office Brother printer that had been giving me problems for months. Before I brought it in I tried to troubleshoot it myself for weeks. Once I brought it in they recognized the problem and fixed it within 24 hours. Working perfect since. Next I had an office Xerox that stopped working. They came to my office to check it out and then fixed that one too. In less than an hour! Thank you for your great work Steve, the other techs and the nice office receptionist. “High-Tech Systems is a great, honest and local computer repair shop. Even though they couldn't repair my daughter's laptop, they did the entire diagnostics for free. The laptop had major physical damage due to a spill so it was too costly to repair. They did not charge me for taking a look at it and tell me if it was worth fixing. They worked on it for a few days and they kept me informed of their findings. They gave me the option to fix it but they also said that the cost would be the same as buying a new laptop so they advised me against fixing it. I felt they were honest and straightforward with me at all times.”
