“My MacBook Pro was no longer under warranty (AppleCare). Apple and. Best Buy both quoted me a fee of almost $1,200 with no guarantee. I did a little research and learned UBreakiFix also does computers. The reservation system online was the best experience ever. So much simpler than getting in at the Apple Store or even at the GeekSquad at BestBuy. This was less than a minute on their website to book the reservation and have it go directly to my calendar. They were great with the reminders too. At the store, Sean took care of me. Totally transparent with how they work and what it costs. I got the repaired laptop in a few days for less than half the price! Can't wait for my next device to break!

“Amazing customer service. My phone was stolen a week ago, and I wasn’t sure if I would be able to recover the phone number. I have a prepaid service with Simple Mobile, and I was worried because I’ve had the same number for many years, and it’s tied to all of my important accounts online. The owner was extremely helpful and professional. I am so grateful. He was able to speak to the prepaid company on my behalf, and transfer the number to a new chip which I then inserted into another old temporary iPhone in the meantime. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend this cell phone store. They have many services and plans, and the service definitely is 5 stars. God bless you. Gracias. Went to the location off PCH and Normandie and were not open when the regular hours of operation are posted on their store front door.
Store is clean and has a much more appealing showroom of their cell phones than a few other locations.

He took his time explaining the different options and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured. Switching phone service can be a headache, but he made the whole process easy and straightforward.
He was also very honest about everything and helped me figure out what made the most sense for me instead of just trying to sell me something.
