“Stopped by this location because I got a new Boost phone online and when I tried to activate over the phone the person told me that the SIM card that was shipped with the phone wasn't compatible with the phone, that I need to get another SIM card. I stopped by Boost to buy another SIM, but the employer there was able to activate my phone with the SIM sent to me and within 2 mins. Excellent service and obviously very knowledgeable employee. Will definitely come back to this location if I have any new phone to activate or any phone problems.”

“I have been struggling with a phone lock issue for days and consumed over 5 hours of apple and TMobile support. I went into this store, and Daysha W. Greeted me and very quickly understood what was needed. She worked with me 1.5 hours and through a painful call to apple tech support. All the while, she kept her sense of humor and smile. I also appreciated the jovial spirit in the store with other employees and customers, very comfortable. In the end, she did help get me closer to resolution. Now apple support just has to review and delay 2 or 3 days to respond. Yes, they say they literally force several days for a response. Thanks, Daysha and everyone who helped.”

“I rarely write reviews, but I couldn't help myself given the expert customer service I received from Franklin and the entire team at FTS Broadband. Our office recently switched over to VOIP telephones. Our previous system was wrought with weekly headaches. When I complained about it to a neighbor in our building, they referred FTS Broadband. Within a week Franklin's team was able to set up our entire office. Since that time, we have had zero problems. “This review is about my family’s experience with Tae yesterday evening. My wife, son, and I came in to look into possibly trading in my wife’s and my phone and switching from Spectrum to T-Mobile. We already have a line with T-Mobile for my 7.5 y/o son, who was recently diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and needs a phone to connect to his Continuous Glucose Monitor. We didn’t want him to be on Spectrum like us because their cell coverage is horrible where we live.I explained our situation to Tae, and he instantly got to work on getting us the best deal he could find. Boy, did he! My wife ended up walking out with an iPhone 15, and I walked out with an iPhone 15 Pro Max. We were able to finance the cases and screen protectors as well. He gave us top dollar for our old iPhones, ported over our numbers, transferred our data to the new phones, and wiped our old ones. We also qualified for free Netflix.All that, and we spent a whopping $50 and some change. Seriously, my mind was blown! I’m writing this glowing review on my amazing new iPhone 15 Max Pro, thanks to Tae. Money is tight with a newly diagnosed T1D, so we truly appreciate what you did for us! ??”

“I posted a review before but im not sure what happened to it. Back in August of this year, I wentin to purchase phones for my mother and I. My husband had just arrived the day before to purchase his. An employee by the name of Jose delivered excellent customer service. I mean there's one type of service that you receive when the rep is trying to make a sale, then there's that intimacy in service that let's you know they care. Jose was patient, made sure we purchased something that would make us happy as a family unit. He wentto the back twice to pick up phones we thought we wanted but changed our minds on. We finally set our hearts on the Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus. We've been in love with our phones every since. Now just recently due to some cell phone towers being down and some newly installed (found this out after talking with a T-Mobile rep from the call center, who made us a disappointing appointment which made us have to call back) our phones haven't been acting the same every since the software update of September 22nd. Although Trey from this same location couldn't exactly do anything about it, he patiently helped my mom and I and he even took the time to listen to my husband vent about the problem. At the time from the sound of the problem I knew it was nothing Trey coulddo about it but I was very very impressed by his patience with my hubby. You may walk into this location and see lots of customers but you better believe that each customer is shown loyal service and their not rushed and these team members take very good care of you.”
