Two other shops tried to upsell me into a job involving removing the bumper to paint a small patch, Manny painted at a lower price and restored the finish to looking brand new. “If I could give Tiago’s 10 stars I would. I recently moved back to CA from out of state and got into a car accident. I was quoted $6,000+ to fix front damages to my car at 5+ auto body shops. Tiago’s did it for under $2,500 and my car looks better now than before I got into the accident. They had the best customer service and communication and fixed my car in a timely manor for the damage that needed repairing. Last Sunday, on the final day of the Thanksgiving holiday, I was driving from the South Bay to San Francisco when I suddenly noticed a bubble on my tire. I was terrified to keep driving, so I slowly took local roads and made it to the Costco Tire Center in Redwood City.
Kai, the staff member who helped us, was incredibly kind and attentive. He explained that because of the holiday, they didn’t have my tire in stock and couldn’t replace it that day. But he immediately offered to check inventory at other locations and said I could also schedule an appointment after the holiday.
Since I urgently needed to get to a meeting in San Francisco, I asked if they could at least help me install the spare tire. My trunk was completely full of items I had to bring to the meeting, so taking everything out just to access the spare was a hassle—and I am so grateful the team was patient and willing to help with the entire process.
They normally only accept appointments, not walk-ins, but given how unsafe it was for me to keep driving, Kai added me to the queue (behind the scheduled customers). We ended up waiting about two hours, but they took great care of us.
They installed the spare tire, put me on warranty, and didn’t charge anything. The technicians were fast, efficient, and incredibly kind—they truly understood how stressed we were.
Huge thanks to Kai and the entire team who helped me that day! I left with a working tire and a cart full of Costco groceries. I’ll definitely be back! ??❤️”

“I recently had PPF, window tint and tail light tint installed here. I went back and forth a couple times about what I wanted to do, and AJ was helpful, professional, understanding and knowledgeable all the way through. The results are basically perfect. The tail lights look like they were an OEM option, except Porsche has no option this badass. The SolarGard ceramic tint, which I had no experience with and was unsure of, also looks OEM on the car. And as expected the PPF install was excellent. I would come here from anywhere on the west coast for work like this.”
