“Love this pharmacy! Picking up meds can be such a chore (especially when dealing with insurance, having to battle for parking, dealing with symptoms, etc.) The techs + pharmacists at the RWC Costco are so helpful and have gone above and beyond for me more than once. Special shoutout to Chris - he is so friendly, helpful, and always lifts my spirits!”

“It was a great experience when the CVS staff member went out of his way to help me save a heap of money on a very expensive prescription - nice job and it encourages customers to want to return.”

“This pharmacy is a bit small and cramped - and it seems like the staff may be stretched thin - but I was grateful they were here as this was the only spot in the area with available COVID booster appointments in the near future. Props to the pharmacist juggling a dozen prescriptions while slinging vaccines (and 10% off Safeway coupons) from this tiny pharmacy cubicle.”
“The employees here are so knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I'm just sorry it took me so long to find this gem. They bill insurance, give vaccines, are on top of COVID info and newest vaccines (and honestly, such a gentle poke I couldn't feel it!) I don't believe they are affiliated with the huge chain pharmacies like Walgreens or CVS, which is a good thing.”
“We usually go to the Pharmacy. They have such a friendly staff, who are always nice, kind and helpful. Prescriptions are filled quickly and ready to pick up on time.”
“The staff always works with me to get what I need. I'm never disappointed with this department just the communication between departments and that's only sometimes!”
“It's kind of difficult to find, but once I was there, customer service was on point and the line wasn't long at all. I also found a secret entrance on Veterans blvd that got me right where I needed to be without walking all the way around the building! Score!”

“I find it awful that they had to move to a new location because they want to build more and more apartment buildings which are unnecessary where they used to be really great businesses, CVS had to move across Woodside Road because they're closing the shopping center where used to be, the new location has not opened yet, but I've moved the map so that it's already located at the new location, the new location from the outside looks stunning and more modern, newer and more beautiful, the big CVS logo, when entering the store with the heart and a photo of all employees is very nice touch”

“I have 2 different stories about this Redwood City Kaiser location, all of them positive experiences. Let's start off with the past.Year 2018: For years I've had the worst tummy aches. Time finally caught up to me one night where I just couldn't shake my pain away. Called up Kaiser's hotline, told them my symptoms. They had a doctor call me back and he told me to head toward the ER immediately! My husband drove me and by the time he had parked the car and came back, I was already assigned a bed, and hooked up to an IV. Found out after being there all day, took an MRI and Ultrasound, to find out that I had a inflamed gallbladder that needed to be removed ASAP! A surgeon came into my room, talked to me, gave me the rundown, I gave him my thumbs up. They did an amazing job. Yes, there was a lot of pain having my abdomen cut up, but they saved my life.Year 2020 (COVID): Back in 2015 I was told that I have 2 fibroids living on my uterus. My OBGYN back then wasn't that great, she said to wait out menopause. Got a new doctor who said, girl you can get this fixed, do you want to? I figured during this time the world is closed, lets do it! I opted for the Uterine Fibroid Emobilization surgery. Was assigned a surgeon who did a video chat with me, told me what to expect. My experience was outstanding, during the procedure I had no clue it was happening! The gave me enough pain meds and anti-nausea meds, that I was able to leave the same day. Checked in at 6:30am and left at 6pm.I'll end on the note that my father in-law is a local retired medical doctor. After my first surgery, he expressed that this specific Kaiser is really good, and that I was lucky to go there. I highly agree with him. To those of you out there who are like me and have some body hiccups, please don't hesitate and find ways to heal. Best of luck to you all.”
“I would like to extend my heartfelt compliments to Vince and Lawanna, the exemplary customer service cashiers at CVS. Lawanna consistently demonstrates professionalism, always being cordial, polite, and incredibly helpful. Her consistency is truly commendable. Vince, with his constant smile and pleasant demeanor, makes every visit a delightful experience. Both Vince and Lawanna transform the typical retail interaction into a joyous occasion. Their exceptional service and model employee behavior are rare and highly valued, making CVS a wonderful place to shop.”
“Rite Aid at the Roosevelt plaza is a great place to shop for any item you can think of and getting your prescription medicines. Everyone is very polite and will help with a pleasant attitude. I have been a Rite Aid customer since it was Thriftys in the Woodside Plaza…very pleased this store was built after being several grocery stores.”
