“Quick service and they are rarely too crowded. The ATM's are located in a 24 section that during the night time hours is very secure, to enter you need to use your debit or credit card. Much better than most, that are outside.”
“This is my main Citibank branch that I opened my account in, have my safe deposit box in and conduct all my business in. I have had a wonderful experience with every employee that I have dealt with in this branch. I am also very satisfied with the Customer Service that I have been receiving throughout the years that I have been banking here.
My only complaint/gripe/issue with this branch is the lack of bank tellers to assist the clients. This has been going on for quite sometime and there should be no excuse(s) as to why you do not have more bank tellers to help the clients out in a timely manner.
To be honest, the wait time to see a bank teller is longer than it has to be. This is unacceptable and unfair to us, your clients.
Please address this ongoing matter by adding more full-time tellers at this branch because of the amount of foot traffic that this branch receives on a daily basis.
Thus, the reason for the 4 star rating.

“Visited the branch today . I drove all the way from Palmdale just to help my friend with translation and Marcus was extremely patient and help us the best he can while the other two ladies were look mad and tired and i didn’t see any clients. Love to see a person like Marcus who is happy to help clients.”
“One of the BoA that opens at 9am. I came early and waited for the bank to open. It is 9am already and we (other clients waiting) still waited for the bank to open its doors. One client is upset and wasn't shameful in saying - you're waiting for next year to open? The manager replied - we have to set up the computers first. There were 2 Tellers present. My transaction was done in no time. The Teller is nice and asked if I need anything else. This BoA is small and claustrophobic. I agree with my fellow Yelpers. It is bright enough inside though but it needs windows. Ramp accessibility to PWD which is a nice feature. Plenty of parking lot in the back.”
“My experience at this branch has been extraordinary. Especially with William López, a relationship banker. I didn’t even have an appointment but he was super helpful, eager and fulfilled all my asks without typical excuses such as : “you need an apt.” We opened a savings account, statement print out, notarized statements) . Just great and fast service despite walking in with very very low expectations.”
