“Unfortunately I was 10 min late at my appointment, so it was cancelled and could not even apply as a walk in at that point! I worried because I had to deliver one of these stool kit that otherwise need to be refrigerated, and my doc needed the results asap. I couldn’t reschedule at the kiosk for the same day but luckily when one of the technicians opened the door( otherwise completely inaccessible) I explained the situation and I have to say that after an initial negative answer she than was SUPER helpful. I got it in. Thank you !”

The facility was clean and my room was large and had a pleasant recliner which I barely used.The up to 10-business day turnaround time for the result seems long to me, however I don’t know the degree of work involved.I used my Apple Watch to also record my test night sleep. Eddy did provide some feedback that indicated that my test-night result generally fit the pattern reported by my watch app.Recommend.”
