“Appointment 22:00 Check in 21:30 Drop trailer 21:50 Check out 00:15 When entering, slide tandem back, provide your CDL and PU# (mine started with T3806). Fill out a small application, drive to the designated spot and drop off your trailer. Bobtail lot across from the office (mine was #33). Drop off your bills at the office and wait for a call to unload. Be careful, they may leave your trailer in the same lot but in a different spot. You must leave with the door open. Friendly staff, clean restrooms, and vending machines with snacks and drinks. No overnight parking, I parked on the road until morning, trucks park there”

“Very Friendly and Fast unloading. I am a truck driver and my English is not very good.. but as truck driver for the last 5 years, I had some bad experiences with Amazon too. Costco wait time 3 hours, Walmart minimum 4 hours. Rialto Amazon was very friendly, their system was very efficient and they made me change my views on Amazon. Because delivery finished early I was able to go home and spend some quality time with my family. I really appreciated it and wish other companies could learn from them. As a truck driver getting unloaded on time is all we want. Thanks again!”
