“I had a great experience at this car radio shop. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. They explained the different options clearly.
What really stood out to me was their kindness and customer service. They even gave me a product I needed for free, which I truly appreciated. It shows that they care about their customers and go the extra mile to make sure people leave happy.

“I was initially very frustrated because I had to wait a long time for my pizza, and I was close to leaving a bad review. However, Ashley in the food court completely changed that experience for me.
She was working very hard, stayed active, noticed my frustration, and kindly asked if I wanted a refund. She also took the time to explain why they were running behind, which I really appreciated. That small act of communication and care made a big difference.
Ashley truly saved the day for me. Employees like her are the reason a difficult experience can still end on a positive note. I visited in the afternoon, around 4 PM, and I wanted to make sure management knows how much I appreciated her help and attitude.”
“Awesome place for pick up, arrived at 06:00 for 06:00 apt, didn’t get dock until 06:30 due to issues with system, but got dock right after it was resolved, loaded and out the door by 7:15. Kind people, plenty of room to maneuver. Entrance off Jurupa, drive in park truck to the right, and walk up to office . 5/5”

From their expert cross-docking to Amazon FBA preparations, they take care of all my fulfillment needs.The convenience of their drayage service network, seamlessly transporting my goods from the port to their warehouses, is more reliable than the countless other Drayage vendors I have worked with in the past. Their Drayage base rate is a bit higher than some of the competitors I have worked with in the past but definitely came out ahead with all the headaches avoided (especially during the 4th quarter of the year) plus the extra fees they rarely charge for, like yard storage, bob-tail, etc. and they even work hard to avoid many other fees that can be charged by the port if you are not on top of the pick-up/drop-off appointments, like demurrage, per diem, etc.. I found with my previous Drayage providers that they would have a lower base fee but boy did I pay for the other fees every step of the way.Their secure customer portal provides real-time inventory insights and robust reporting options so that I can get the insight I need in real time and never have to wait to send reports to business/bank associates.WestMark lives up to their commitment to excellence and even extends to full-service distribution solutions through their transportation partners.”

“If you are looking for a great warehouse with fantastic monthly storage cost in the Inland Empire, very fair pick and pack for Amazon FBM, and just all around great way to scale your hardware projects, this is the place. Don't waste your time looking in Southern California or Inland Empire. You won't find a better warehousing solution. How do I know this? Because I looked really hard. And after extensive search, trail and error, I am pleased with what I have found. 10/10 would recommend for 3PL, warehousing, and Amazon FBM in the greater Inland Empire area”

“2 trucks in line. Security was quick. Check in was quick. Room to move around this morning. The lady inside was nice and got me a door right away. They unloaded me in 21 minutes. Check out was quick. 5 stars. Thank you ?”
“*6/30/25: The drivers' check-in is on the opposite side of the dock doors. The gate did open early (08:30), but you can't check in until 09:30 (not 9). You could enter through the check-in/employee parking entrance and then go around the building, but you will have to blindside back into your dock. They do get very busy with many trucks at one time facing in all directions. After finding the office, I checked in, they gave me a door, I opened the trailer doors & placed the paperwork & seal in the back, super fast unloading time, they brought my paperwork back out to me, and I was on my way. Easy to find. They could deaperately use some signage for the drivers; three of us were back on the dock side wondering what to do.”

“Very professional employees . Lady at the desk is working smoothly. The guy who works at the dock he did an amazing job, he unloaded two full trailers less than an hour. He came back from lunch when I got there and there's also other truck driver waiting to unload. Both of us left under hour. Security may hold you little bit, but other than that every thing is fine.”

“First time here. Call phone # shown on man door next to west ramp to check in. Person will give instructions for docking. It’s all very normal stuff in the “COVID-era”. Once you get green light you can retrieve paperwork inside trailer and exit yard. Make sure to exit left (one-way in and out). Street address # is not listed in Google maps. I’ll try to update it.”
“This place is Awesome!!You can show up 12 hrs before your appointment.They have clean restrooms and a waiting area for truckers!It’s drop trailer like most Target’s DC’s. They call you when your trailer is empty. You can wait in the yard or go have Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner, Movie or get your PM service at a local dealer, Shop.Or show up early and get your reset in.No parking outside te facility.And they do take from 3-5 hrs to unload because they count every thing.”
“Come on now. Its not that bad here. Park on street and walk up driveway to check in. Bring your driver license dot # license plates # AND current trailer registration. They will not load old trailers. Speak to John in the guard house in the morning. He will give you the info you need. Then walk inside and I spoke to Miss Grace. She completed my check in and assigned my door. Pull in drop trailer and go up the street to cowboys or farmer boy. Took about 2 hour in all. Heavy load over 44,000 but loaded perfectly”

“The reviews were right. Had an appointment at 11am, checked in a little early and I was out the door in less than an hour. 43,644 lbs on a reffer 53' trailer and they got the weight balanced out perfectly. Quick check in process. The warehouse lot is tight so take your time to back in. By the time you bump the dock and chock your wheels they are loading you. Would pick up from here again ??”
