“Had to get my MacBook Pro in for service and I typically deal with only one person but it would require shipping out of state and adding those charges to the repair I went to YY and my needs were completely exceeded with fast and solid service - no "add ons" and a working MacBook in under 24 hours. I felt the pricing was below what others would've charged for the same service - which was a complete hard drive failure/replacement with an OS reloaded under $3 bills. YY also did a comp upgrade from 512 to 1TB so that is an added great thing as well! Support local business and if you have MacBook issues this is the spot for The SF Bay Area -without any doubt!”
