First the staff turned on the air, and then when it became apparent that I had to put on the spare, they produced a jack -- and then insisted on coming out to help, brought a mat so we had a dry place to kneel (it was raining) and then made sure the spare was on tightly and helped me get it up to the right pressure. Their kindness made what could have been a scary and stressful situation perfectly manageable. I really appreciate it, and am so grateful. I'll be making a point of stopping in for gas and snacks. These guys are great.”

The pumping stations/stalls were clean and had multiple entrances positioned to make it easy to pull in and out of the gas station. The pumps were a little slow on filling the tank and I had difficulty filling my tank all the way a few times. Convenient place to stop for gas if traveling east on MacDonald Avenue or south on San Pablo Avenue.”

“I go there every now and then and it has always had a good service until this one night when I pulled in and see that there were 3 people waiting on the outside window to pay for threir gas, so I went and stood on line, to my surprise the person inse was bussy restocking the merchandise, and the fact that made me write this is that the guy inside looked over several times at the line forming outside and just kept on restocking one item after another. Customer service is my thing and I strongly believe that for any business to succeed you must prioritize your customers need above restocking specialty during the slow business times but this is only posible if the crew is trained correctly and has a constant follow up to avoid any malpractices or misunderstanding of what needs to be done. I hope this was an isolated situation and also perhaps consider doing a recap and followups on the priorities of the store when it comes to restocking vs attending customers.”
