“Until I lived elsewhere for a short time, I never thought about how much I rely on the excellent customer service provided by the women at my local post office. Put your feelings for the USPS aside and consider how well they help people, against all odds. Their equipment is not the best, the facilities are small, and yet people of all ages and backgrounds go there because they know they will be treated with respect and all of their questions will get answered. They are not in a rush, so if you need ultra fast service go elsewhere. But if you visit you will get excellent service so consistently that you will become their fan. That's why I decided to write this review.”

“The staff here has always been extremely friendly. I'm here once or twice a week, and they are very helpful with whatever is needed. I've seen a couple instances where people come in mad or frustrated about some paperwork or process, and the staff does a great job of helping them get the information they need (passport renewals, etc). The staff here executes on their job, and will often go above and beyond what's needed. Sometimes there's a bit of a line, but they always move through it quickly and precisely. Glad to be here.”

“Absolutely helpful, always pleasant I adore this little post office location in Point Richmond. I find myself here more often than not, and I never have an issue with getting in and getting out in a timely manner. I'm unsure what some of the other reviewers I've read about this location being slow moving, I have not had that experience any time I am here. This post office team is the best!”

“Ray is amazing! Talk about going above and beyond this man did just that. I ordered a package with next day air ups on Thursday because I needed to do emergency repair on my vehicle on Sat, my only day off. When package arrived at my door early on Friday I was at work. After work I attempted to pick my package up at the location on the slip left at my door and it wasn't there. The guy said it would be there next business day which was Monday but that wouldn't work for me so I called customer service and paid $7 to pick it up that same night at a new location. When I got there Ray said to come back at 8:30 pm when the package would be dropped off. Then he called at 8 letting me know the driver was running late and informed him he couldn't make the drop. I was very frustrated and disappointed but Ray told me he would do his best to get my package and would even stay later than closing to make sure. That's exactly what he did, he spoke to the driver and convinced him to drop my package off. I was thrilled and very satisfied with the effort Ray put in to get my package even committing to staying late. Great service thank you UPS.”
