I periodically ship off equipment I don't need and this store is on my return commute from work.
But I also drive out of my way to ship from here because they have such a great attitude and customer service!
Sometimes it's busy, sometimes a customer is struggling with the basics, it doesn't matter how many people are in line or how hectic (or slow!) it is, these people deliver the highest level of service I've experienced since 10 years before the hub shut down to walk ins.

“This location is staffed by a single person, so please be mindful if you have to wait while the mail worker takes a break, as required by law, because it is the humane thing to do. Or, time your visit. If anyone is disgruntled, please contact the national USPS number since the staffing decisions come from the federal level. Whatever you do, please be kind, as everyone strives to do the best they can.”
“Had an important package that was severely delayed, at no fault of this location. Once I was notified it was at this location I went to pick it up. The postmaster and mail carrier went out of their way to get me the package immediately, even though it was already out for delivery. Big thanks to them!”
