“If I could give these folks ten stars, I would! Before Covid my wife and I went here to buy office chairs. We are seniors with a lot of back and body issues so we knew this would be a challenging process. We had been to some other places but they tried to sell us on stuff that would not work for us, could not answer our questions and rushed us. What a totally opposite experience at Blaisdells! We were waited on by Adrienne Quitugua-Hervin and she gave us some of the best customer service we have ever experienced in any type of business. They had a great selection, but even more important was how knowledgeable Adrienne was and how patient she was with us. She was very familiar with all the chairs and gave us all the time we needed to check them out thoroughly. Part of my business is training people on customer service and Adrienne checked off all of the boxes of an award winning customer service representative of this company! She could train a lot of people in customer service! We bought chairs (at very reasonable prices) that needed to be customized a bit and then Covid hit. Being at very high risk, we did not have any deliveries inside of our house. Blaisdells understood our concerns and never pressured us to get the chairs. Eventually we had them delivered and put together on our porch where Adrienne helped set them up and showed us how everything worked. Even the delivery people were as polite and nice as could be! This is a big company that exemplifies the best of a small family business. My only complaint is that they don't sell every type of product we need!”

“Kanen Coffee is a great place to get your espresso machine repaired. I recently too mine in for repair. They communicated with me during the process and completed the repair on time. They fixed what was wrong with it and polished it up, to boot.”
“The folks at Relax the Back on Van Ness/SF are AMAZING - I bought an X-Chair from them in May 2023 (which I LOVE), and a few months later the vibrating heater stopped working. I called the store to ask what I should do (there's a 3-year warranty on the X-Chairs), and one of the managers, Pam, told me they had a replacement at the store for this, and I could just come by and pick it up. I told her I would need to make arrangements and get back to them, as I live in Novato (North Bay) which is about 30 miles away. Pam asked me which exit in Novato, and when I told her, she said she would come to my house and drop off the part and install the new one for me. I was flabbergasted! I don't remember the last time I got customer service like this! It turns out that Pam lives not too far from me, and she was happy to drop by on her way home from work and install the new part. She showed up right when she said she would, and it took about 3 minutes for her to change out the part. It works great! I would give this store 100 stars if I could, they are absolutely wonderful and their products are top of the line.”
“I held off on writing this for 6 weeks so I could provide an informed review. In short, this business has a great selection of HIGH-QUALITY chairs that'll have you looking forward to starting your work day! I'm only half-joking.At first, I read the good reviews but was skeptical. After meeting with David, the owner, I felt confident purchasing one of their Steelcase chairs. David is very knowledgeable and approachable—but not pushy, which is important! I didn't feel pressure to purchase my chair, but wanted to after viewing it, testing it out, and hearing what David had to say about my preferences and concerns.Six weeks later and my posture has improved and I feel less sore/stiff at the end of my work day. I'm very glad I chose to stop by Berkeley Office Interiors! If you're searching for a new office chair, desk, etc. I recommend checking them out!”
“I've been using the same printer for the last 10 years, only to find they closed shop in 2022. Panic set in as I now had to find a replacement. After reaching out to several different printers, I went with this one. I'm sooooo happy I did. Communication via email works well. I didn't have to explain what I needed and actually learned I could design my project a lot simpler than I have been. Prices are reasonable and turnaround time is quick. I'm so glad I found a new printer!”
“Hours on yelp appear inaccurate but they were open today, Thursday. I like that they were open at 8:30am. I went to photocopy docs and Henok was super friendly, professional, and helpful. He was even able to multitask helping 2 people at the same time! Thank you Henok!”

“A must visit experience. Kenneth Alexander is so nice and so full of knowledge about typewriters. My brother took me there for my birthday and it was such a joy. I collect vintage typewriters, and my brother bought this beautiful Underwood Olivetti, Lettera 22 for me.”

“Stopped by today for a few snack items. I got a banana and a yogurt drink for 3.99. The banana was fresh and the yogurt drink was good as well. The have a little section where they sell sandwiches and tamales. They have a wide variety of drinks and food items (both refrigerated, frozen, and dry). They also sell school supplies. I wish I had more time to look around but I will definitely visit again. Employees were kind and they take EBT!”

“Couldn't be happier with the service or products. I needed a cartridge for my Brother monochrome laser jet, and they had what I needed. It went right into printer and fired right up without any need to put in super-secret codes or anything, and the Brother software confirms that it reads it as a full cartridge. On top of that, they happily took in the exhausted old cartridges and drum that I've accumulated since the start of the pandemic, and so I'm free of that mess that was taking up space in my closet and happy that they'll be re-used. Service was quick, cordial and informative.”

“Buttons! So, consider this a small family business. The type of store a kid would love to go explore in because it explodes with everything in no particular order. However, if you want nice looking buttons..."who uses buttons nowadays?..." Well, people that want to make shit pop! So, on a more serious note, i've used them for buttons at least 5 times. Aside from that, i know nothing else about their work. I highly vouch for their button making services!”
