“Visited the Post Office last week to mail several documents. The staff member at the counter was very calm and organized even though there were quite a few people waiting. They checked the address, made sure everything was sealed properly, and printed the receipt quickly. Overall a reliable place when you need to send something important.”
“A visit to the Post Office in North Highlands may not sound like the highlight of the day, but it was pleasantly efficient. The clerk handled my slightly oversized package with complete calm, as if shipping oddly shaped boxes was the most normal thing in the world. Within minutes the package was labeled and on its journey.”

“Love my local post office is just around the corner. Had to mail off a few packages recently & it was easier than i anticipated. No long line during the week when they 1st open. All the employees are friendly, helpful, & quick for a smooth process. Small parking lot & a drop off box in front has come in handy”

“Don't put much stock in the negative reviews. I go here all the time (I have a PO box). Most of the employees I've encountered at this location are the very type of dedicated, helpful USPS folks you're always hoping are the ones you get when you need to mail that IRS tax return at 5:01 PM on April 15.”
“Hours for sales counter/lobby are 8:30am-5pm M-F. PO Box area hours are open longer 6am-10pm everyday. Parking lot is one-way, with the entrance on the west side of the parking lot.”
“I want to say thanks to “Thomas”On 6/21/2024 I spoke with him because I don’t have access to my mail box at the moment and I called to see if I could get all my mail taken out so I could pick it up at the post office, Thomas was so kind to contact the mail guy on that route to take out my mail and deliver it to my door ! Been going here for a little while, ignore all the negative comments.
Wendy and all employees I've seen and talked to here are great and very nice.
Wait depends, there could be no wait,or a bit busy. Clean and nice atmosphere.
Four stars because it seems like they only have one person working. Hire another person for when it is on the busier side.

“I live in Carmichael and regularly send out mail out of my mailbox today. “CAT” carrier picked up and politely introduced himself and let me give you all five stars. He is very good at his job. Thank you for having him.”

“I soon found that none of that changed how it went. If you are looking to patron the pickup window just be prepared to be overlooked, ignored, or for them to be immediately annoyed of you if you were redirected to the window from the main counter.”
“I have been using the location at Fulton Ave. for at least 8 years because of an Ebay business I use. I have often been assisted during these 8 years by an African American lady who usually has long well fashioned fingernails. I write this review because I've read many negative reviews about her which I don't understand. My experience over the years with her has been %100 positive. She has spent much time answering questions and offering advice which has been extremely helpful. I have nothing but positive things to say about the service I've enjoyed at this location.”
“Don’t waste your time going to other locations. The staff here is helpful and kind, and the store has a great vibe. They play ambient music and paper flower decorations haha Definitely one of the best USPS locations in the area.”

“I was in and out fast. I did have to wait for a postal worker to return from the sorting area. I remember when the lines at this place used to go out the door in the early 00s. I guess not that many people are mailing things anymore.”
