“This Costco has some great employees. I left my eye glasses on the shopping cart for an hour. Silly me! When I realized, I frantically drove back to search all the shopping carts in the area but they were not found. Then I ran into a young gentleman at the shopping cart parking area in the parking lot. To my relief, he stated that he had found and given them to Costco Optical. I was able to retrieve my glasses. Thanks to him! Please reward/promote this young man. He restored my faith in humanity! Good job, Costco! You guys hire some great employees at this store.”
“It was busy, as usual. The carts are so big that it is difficult toaneuver up and down aisles if someelse is stopped looking at something. The staff were friendly and helpful. The kids wanted to sample everything that was offered. May not have to feed them dinner tonight!”
“Shipping and receiving is at the security post outside. Place is very tight and busy, especially during shift change. The entrances is by the Frito-Lay warehouse off Spreckels Avenue.. cautious when making wide right turn into facility..”

“Was loaded within 30 minutes of checking in. Park in the street and go to the office so they can have someone open the gate to the loading docks. Very friendly and professional staff. Wish every place was like this.”
