“After having several horrible experiences at the Ceres branch, I am very happy to say the only reason I am staying with the bank is because of the Oakdale branch. They are very friendly. I don’t need to go in much but we have a small business that sometimes we need to deposit $ into our personal checking. This branch doesn’t hold our checks. I understand doing for large amounts or when its a new payee on the check, but if it clears no problems there’s no reason to keep holding checks under $2k. Also, there’s good energy when I step into this location & everyone is so friendly!”
“I had really great service from Esther. Signed up and they had many different options,great followup and professional service. I like the branch.Negatives 1-closed on Saturday(not even short hours, like a 9am -12pm. Valley First is open 9am- 1pm on Saturdays.2nd- they do not have same day ATM cards to be made for customers, Valley First does.The debit cards take 7-14 days to get to a new customer.The technology is there, they just need to step up to the new technology.I would advise to grab some extra cash in case until card comes in.”

“This has been my bank for several years, and valley first was my very first bank. I have a couple of family members who also use valley first, and we all trust this place. This particular location is quick to help and the workers are always nice. On the busier times, the staff who don't typically handle customers seem to come out and help to minimize wait time.”
