This is the very first time I’ve walked into this location and didn’t leave feeling angry, frustrated, or confused by the level of service, so that alone should say a lot.
Angelina (I believe that was her name) completely changed the experience. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and actually took ownership of helping me, something that has clearly been missing here. She understood the store, communicated clearly, and treated me like a valued customer instead of a transaction.
As a business owner, I can confidently say I would hire her into a customer service leadership role without hesitation. That’s how strong her presence and professionalism were.
T-Mobile, this is what the standard should look like. You made a great hire here. Now the real question is: can she help elevate the rest of the team at this TPR? Because there is a clear gap, and she stands out as the exception.”

“If you need a new TV or need help with Sony electronics, do yourself a favor and go to this store and ask for Jimmy. He is seriously one of the kindest and most helpful employees I have ever met. Usually employees tend to push their products too hard and/or push memberships of some sort on me (which makes me look for the closest door to escape) but Jimmy simply answers every question and is genuinely enthusiastic about the products he is selling (Sony TV is the product in question). My TV is getting older and I am looking to replace it with a nicer one. I don’t live anywhere near Riverside, but I plan to go all the way back to this specific store and look for Jimmy when I’m ready to replace it because he is the perfect employee to help me. I can’t tell you how kind, supportive, and non-pushy he was. His love for Sony products really shines through in the way he spoke…and now I am sold on them!! I know what TV I’m getting next and I will be back for any electronic purchase I need from now on…to this specific store and to this specific employee. It is rare for me to find someone so positive, caring, warm, and helpful. Thank you Jimmy for everything, I hope to be there soon for a new TV, amongst other things!”

“So excited to have worked with Patty at Communication Innovations. My sister works with her in Southern California for two way radios and I work in non-profit in the bay and need some for work. Not only are her prices much more affordable than the big companies, but she also programmed our radios with the number of stations we needed for our sites and she will be able to keep that on file to be able to replace or add to our stock of radios. I always had challenges with other companies, having to send in a radio to get the next order programmed the same, but Patty guarantees that now they we are her client, she will keep everything on file for our next order. They were useless, saying they didn’t know and that it was because it was late. Terrible service. Never going back; I’d rather drive a little further and give my money to another one.”

“I went in to the store as a walk in. Armando Marin was very welcoming and knowledgeable, making my experience extremely positive. I did not know what to expect walking in because I needed to start a claim on my daughter’s broken phone and was having a difficult time on the website. Armando was able to not only help me with the process but he kindly walked me through the steps for future reference to save myself time in the event that I ever had to file another claim. Armando is very professional and knowledgeable, it’s the best and fastest experience I’ve ever had anywhere.
