While there is probably some truth to some of the past reviewers stories, that wasn’t my experience on this visit.The store appeared to be in order and being efficiently run. The floor was clean, the shelves were stocked and neat.I didn’t speak with anyone but one of the employees smiled at me and nodded. “I went to Big Lots on November 30, 2023. Let me tell you, Jamar was SUPER HELPFUL! I came to Big Lots to buy a new dresser drawer and luckily they had the one I liked in stock. Jamar came over with a dolly and wheeled it to my car. Unfortunately it didn’t fit in my trunk and he gave me some suggestions as to what I should do. He even brought a measuring tape and measure the size of the sample dresser and my trunk to see if we can take it out the box and load it in like that! Jamar if you see this, thank you for all your help today! You were super helpful!”

“This is my go to dollar tree store but I am sad to say that today I went in to shop and the lights were almost completely off and there was no acc every register had a fan. They have been working with no air conditioning for almost two months! and they are not closing at 9 like it says on line. Due to them not having air conditioning they have to close at 2pm in the afternoon.. No business should have employees working in these conditions it's been very hot these last months .”
