Members feel safe and secure, noting excellent handling of identity theft, fraud, and account issues with ease and speed. The customer service, both by phone and at branches, is top notch. The app is easy to use with convenient features like snap deposit and transfers, while loans are easy to apply for with great rates and fast approval. A common complaint is the lack of branch locations in certain areas like the Coachella Valley, which is a significant distance for some members. Overall, members report that no other bank matches Wescom.
I'm sorry. I have had terrible service from Wescom. The people answering the phone are on automatic answer. In the last year I've had to remind them to read my notes on my account before verifying. I understand they want to verify it's me.

The acknowledgement of your presence when you walk in is the best. Everyone is always willing to help you. I've been with Wescom for 37 yrs. I will always come to Wescom for my banking, they are family.
