Made me feel like I was being judged or he was just in a bad mood. He is the reason I go out of my way to drive to the other side of Riverside .
Extremely sassy and genuinely seemed annoyed to be there . All bald heavier set male.

“My used car buying experience with Altura Credit Union
I applied for a loan, got approved. They tell me the can give me .5% off if I have direct deposit and another .25 if I use their auto expert to buy a car. I use the auto expert because why not it’s free and I get a slightly lower rate.
That same day Priscilla got me approved I get a call from the best auto expert ever, Marina, to ask what I’m looking for and price range. I tell her my needs: Korean or Japanese SUV with 3 row seating. 2019-2024, under 100k miles. My wants: Hybrid, no base model, dark color paint. She says ok she’ll give me call when she finds something for me to look over.
1 week later she’s asking if I am interested in a dark blue 2021 Sorento Hybrid EX. She sends me the carfax: 1 previous owner, all maintenance and oil changes done at the dealer, Certified Pre-Owned. I say sure why not, next day it’s delivered to my front door, I sign some paperwork with the guy from the dealer in my kitchen. I tell him where the closest restaurant is so he can wait for his ride that’s 2 hours away. I drive away in my gorgeous new ride.
The only bummer is I don’t get to pay $400 for nitrogen filled tires, and hundreds more for paint protection VIN etching and the overall haggling experience that is the American used car buying experience… oh well. Still 10/10 experience. Wonderful people.”

“This credit union has always been my favorite place to bank at, but I had some unfortunate life events and situations happen, and I was stuck living on the street for a while. I managed to get myself off the street, clean up, and I managed to save a little money. I stopped by this branch to see if my account was still active and if it was possible to get a new debit card while depositing the money I had worked for. Not only was my account active with no fees putting me in the negative, but they got me a new card in the same building, and the lady who was working said that they had some donations and asked if I'd like a bag of some food. I said yes please that would be awesome... And she really helped me out with a lot too. I am so grateful for the food you guys gave me, the kindness you showed me, and just the fact that you treated me like a human being. I am 4 and 1/2 months clean and sober, I don't talk to a lot of people anymore and I stay to myself, so this kindness really touched my heart and again, I am grateful.
