“Greens Appliances is the BEST place in town to get your used appliances. Ben is a true professional and treats you with respect and kindness every step of the way. I purchased a used washer and dryer from him, and remarked and how wonderful he was throughout the whole process. I told myself I NEEDED to write him a review, he was so great. Of course I forgot, and the smallest leak formed at the base of my washing machine. I called Ben, he guessed which part it most likely was, and came out within a week. He was right!! He fixed it in under and hour, and was incredibly apologetic. Ben is a true professional through and through. You should absolutely purchase from this man. If we ever need another appliance I know where to go.”

“Cynthia is a wizard at finding an order when there is a typo in the system. Back story to this review: I had ordered a vanity, and brushed nickel faucet from the showroom for my customer, was told that it will be in, in about a week and half. The week and a half was up, and I had the day prior to find where in the world my vanity is, and they couldn't find it. The next day I popped in and Cynthia totally kicked butt, found the order in no time at all. And like that I was going on about my day. You rock Cynthia.”

When we walked in, we were instantly greeted by the staff. It was so refreshing to see such a diverse selection of appliances. I can tell I’m getting older because appliance shopping is more fun than mall shopping!!
Chong came over and talked to us and explained some very useful and knowledgeable specs of some of our favorite fridges. He was able to help measure and answer some questions we had. Chong was very wonderful.
After more browsing, we connected with Tyler, who spent a TON of time going over details. We were BLOWN away by his knowledge. In addition to helping us find a few fridges we loved, he also helped troubleshoot a separate problem we were having with our Whirlpool oven. He is such a top tier sales rep. He wasn’t pushy in any way, and we genuinely felt like we were talking to a friend who had a stake in what kind of fridge we were getting! We left feeling like we needed to upgrade all of our appliances because Tyler made it so fun and we felt so taken care of.

“I was told by a friend to go to the Diablo Grills Store in Roseville to look for a barbecue grill and equipment to finish my outdoor project. My friend was absolutely correct. The two gentlemen at the store, Mike and Henry, were very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful in finding the right equipment to finish my backyard kitchen project. I highly recommend going to the Roseville location so that both of these gentlemen can guide you in the right direction with the best equipment out there. Thank you so much for your expertise.”
“Employee helped me find items I was looking for and then gave me some tips on sizing wire nuts. Good customer service today. Normally I find someone not familiar with the department items and cannot point out the required items in electrical to do the job. In the fan department they did not have stock of the display I wanted. They have Hampton Bay but not Hunter ceiling fans.”

“Home Depot close to home!! Yay!! Coming here for (nearly) all of our home improvement needs. Staff is friendly, helpful, and this place is surprisingly CLEAN! Another Home Depot I recall had huge rats running around the aisles.. pretty nasty. Didn't see anything like that in this location. Selection is vast, just as you'd expect your local Home Depot to be. Great deals all the time, just depends on what you need and when you need it. Parking has always been manageable every time we've returned. Surrounding area, as you can imagine, is safe and environment is great for family. Just don't let your toddlers go running around or they could get seriously hurt! Glad this Home Depot is close to home. Will be stopping by often, for sure.”

And yet has most of the stuff you need for a quick job.
People are great and why not, you can bring your dog in for a stroll in this heated summers of ours.

“So I already left review for this location a few years back but I stand by my 100% review. The people in self checkout are so diligent (sorry thieves) and assisted helping me with items without barcode. A lovely young woman by the name of Kyra left her normal post to assist me load car since loaders were backed up. I have lung cancer and get winded easy and hate asking for help but I didn't have to. She pushed my cart loaded my car and refused to take a cash tip so I feel I at least owe calling her out by name as I totally dumped my troubles on this poor young girl and she listened and actually cared. I can't say enouhh to about this location. I've been to most of the Home Depot's in the area and this one by far is best which is why I drive out of my way to shop exclusively here instead of one by my house”
“Had a horrible experience at Home Depot in Carmichael off Madison. Should have stayed loyal since we've been coming to Lowes since we bought our house 3 years ago. We've had to make multiple online pickup orders, returns, and exchanges through the last few years during our projects and never had a single issue. We make one order at Home Depot and it's been non-stop issue after issue (if you want to see that drama, see my review for the Carmichael location). They employees here are friendlier and more knowledgable about what they sell. We shared laughs at the paint counter over our shade debocle and they not once seemed annoyed with us continously coming back.”
“It’s a Home Depot. And like every other HD, most tools and popular accessories are now locked down and require assistance to retrieve. Annoying, given the lack of any regular staff in the tool aisle. Easy returns, at least.”

“We visited your store on July 4 of this year and we were very happy and surprised when we first walked in the door. Love the greeter who welcomed to each person in as they entered and asked if they knew what they were looking for if they needed help.
Home run to start off with. As we walked around, we appreciated the different staging of furniture appliances.
Although we were Just browsing, we ended up picking up a few value items. Great finds for a Reasonable cost.
