“This place is fantastic. I called Mercedes because I was worried my car was overheating, it’s my first time owning a Mercedes. They wanted $300 dollars just to look at the car. I called A&B and the gentleman I spoke to was amazing. He wasn’t worried about charging me money, he was just worried about helping me. I wish I had taken his name down cause he deserves the credit, but he let me send him a picture of the temp gauge and told me it’s normal for Mercedes to run where I see the temp this time of year. He could have told me he needed to see the car first just to get that money for the diagnostic but instead he took time out of his day to sit with me on the phone, receive a picture from me, and put my mind at ease. Trust me when I say if the car stays this hot during the winter I’ll be taking my car here cause I know I can trust the service to be honest and fair. If you need your car worked on, hit these guys up they’re the real deal.”

“My windshield wiper fluid was out and I went to auto zone to get some wiper fluid. Kishan was fabulous!!! I'm 70 years old and I asked him to just tell me where in the engine to put it. I opened up the hood and saw what I thought was the wiper fluid vessel. Kishan came out of the store and brought a funnel and poured it in for me. He made my day. This may not seem like a big deal to most of you- but for a senior citizen it is!!! There seems to be a real shortage of kindness in this world today, But not at Auto Zone. Many Thanks to Kishan, your mother should be proud!!!”
“I believe Dan was building cars out of sticks when he was 4 years old.He fixed a rear trunk lock when other shops were afraid to tackle it.we have used his services several times over the years and found him to be reasonably priced. On our latest job, he improvised and saved us a lot of money. We're seniors and Dan treats us like he would his parents!Ron Reid 87 years old.”

In both cases they had the exact parts I needed in stock and we're quite courteous even though the parts I required or somewhat unusual and a bit difficult to find. Throughout the interaction they were positive and respectful and I even stopped on my way out to let one of the managers know how positive my experience was. “I'm a big fan of Pick-n-Pull in Rocklin for used auto parts. Their selection here isn’t as vast as their other yards – in fact, I think this is one of the smallest in the area, but that’s okay because I can use their easy online inventory search to see if the make and model of vehicle is there, so I don't waste trips. The staff is friendly and helpful too. My only wish is that their already-great prices were a bit lower, especially on parts for vehicles over 10 years old. But overall, Pick-n-Pull is my top choice for used parts thanks to the selection, convenient website, and service. It's worth shopping around a bit for the best deals on each part, but this is one of my go-to auto salvage yards.”
