“In my previous experiences with Mikes Bikes in Folsom, they go above and beyond my expectations. My wife had dropped her bike during one of our nearby rides, that resulted in a bent rear derailleur mount. Not only did they straighten it out and get it shifting properly, they also checked for any available Di2 updates while they were working on the bike. All of this was done while we waited and they didn't charge us a dime. They fixed us up and got us back on the road right away. I was debating between getting electric bike from this shop or from Costco. They told me that the other brand from Costco has constant issues and they keep fixing those for other costumers and there are problems with getting the parts.
They took time to answer all my questions, I tried multiple bikes, they were patient when I had some hiccups with the payment - all while serving other costumers (this shop is busy even during morning on regular day).
They offer some other equipment which I agree on some but they were not pushing.”
