Despite having all the legal documents the Douglas location refused to even speak with me. The teller at the Pleasant Grove location made sure someone sat down and heard me out. Nicole was a saving grace and I am so grateful for her help through those months of getting all my mom's papers in order. It was one of the most stressful ordeal I have ever been through but I am so glad this stores staff was there so things didn't get worse.”
