“This review is 5 stars for a recent shopping experience. Fourth of July weekend I was shopping in preparation for a large gathering. I had a flatbed cart overflowing with items and only my 6 year old daughter with me to help. By the end of the shopping trip at the checkout I was feeling super overwhelmed and unsure how I was going to safely get everything out to my car. One of the managers, Julio Espinoza, saw us and offered to help by grabbing another cart to split the items up. He so kindly helped me bring everything out to my car. I literally could not have done it without his help and appreciate it so much. This is the reason why I keep returning to Costco despite how busy it always is.”
“The Sams Club Pharmacy has repeatedly offered us the best service in the area. Calling in a prescription refill is easy and hassle free. Their refills are very prompt. They even made a great recommendation for a newer generation piece of equipment which we were unaware of that is smaller and easier to use.”

“Almost always the cheapest fuel (gasoline or diesel) in any city where there is a Costco gas station. Refueling is fast and easy with multiple pumps on each lane.”
“I love going to this Costco. It's never as crowded as the other Costco stores and easy to find parking. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. I prefer this location over the others in the area.”
“Just like Costco gas stations great was a little packed but plenty of gas pumps so you’re in and out relatively quick and I’m pretty sure gas is as good as Chevron right maybe I don’t know. Check it out and find out.”
“Running the snack bar for many school functions, this place is wonderful. Makes it easy for pick ups. Everything is priced competitively. Ill go here and pay a tiny bit more just to avoid the other big box stores. Everything is fresh and makes its soo easy!!”
“Always either the lowest price for fuel in the area, or tied for lowest with that Arco on Madison and San Juan. The lines can get rough, but they're usually very quick, and there's always a roaming attendant helping people if they're struggling.”
“Will always go to Sam’s club over other options. Parking lot always has spots, gas discount is amazing, never too crowded, and scan & go app is super fast! Food court is the best value in Placer, can’t go wrong with lunch combo under $2. Highly recommend, especially if you don’t want to fight with crowds at the other warehouse store.”
“I purchased a Kitchenaid dishwasher from Costco. I've never had a smoother more professional delivery or installation. I checked the prices at the other stores which were the same as Costco except they each wanted over $200.00 more for the delivery, installation (including the new Parts), haulaway and 2 year warranty. I will continue to sing the praises of Costco.”

“I've been a Sam's member for years. The store is clean, usually fully stocked. If you can't find something ask, most of the time they will check for you. Terrific bakery, delicious pastry and moist cakes that do not disappoint. Yes you can special order cakes, cupcakes . Fresh sushi ? ? worth just stopping in for that - they are creating the dishes right in front of you. Fresh meats and vegetables. Pharmacy. Gas ⛽️ station. Food court ? we preorder a whole pizza to grab on the way out. Try the 3 meat ? ?. Love that I can use scan and go (not for alcohol though) or pick up. For those times I just don't want to people. Great prices, quality products and most of the time pretty great customer service”

That convenience is mainly the reason I still patronize this bulk store. I usually buy pantry staples like Yakult, organic juices, and kombucha not sold by Costco. Milk is also one staple purchase as they sell in single gallons. The other thing I don't like with Sam's are the receipt checkers who delay the shopper's egress. I get that they're shoplifting deterrents more than anything else, but they need a better system or more staff so the customers can be off to their merry ways quicker.”

“Cheapest gasoline in Citrus Heights Orangevale area. Easy access through the parking lot or via the side street. Ample areas at the pumps, easy to pay at the pump.”

“We've been a long-term and faithful supporter of Costco. Had joined Sam's years ago, cuz it cost only $20. Didn't renew, since their selection of items didn't keep us from continuing forward. Came across another Sam's membership offer, again at $20. Why not, the Wife and I said... so here we go again for another year. Can Sam's club keep us intrigued with a wider selection of goods, past the first year? (We are a big Walmart customer, so we drive past Sam's, often. Why not???)”
“Shout out to the very busy staff of the the food court. I went on a half hour before closing to pick up pizzas for my kids for dinner. Even with a malfunctioning ice cream machine and usual 466347 customers orders to process, the staff were quick, courteous and even apologetic for supposedly longer wait times. They all do a fantastic job, especially Michael! Keep up the great work!”
“Recently visited the Costco food court service and must say that the way they pass out orders seems ineffective. I wish they would go back to the old system, I had ordered a hot dog combo but was disappointed in the wait. I hope after the holiday's, they will go back to the line system as the number calling was disorganized and inefficient.”

“I needed to have two orders tracked and a woman named Barbara helped me. I can honestly say that I have not gotten such pleasant and helpful customer service in a long time! She was friendly, professional, and efficient. AND, she got the information I needed and did the follow-up required. Give this woman a raise!”
