“Great shopping experience at Costco. The warehouse is clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of products at competitive prices. Staff members were friendly, helpful, and efficient, even during busy hours. The checkout process moved quickly, and the food court remains a great value. Parking can get crowded at peak times, but the overall experience is excellent. Highly recommend for bulk shopping, quality products, and good customer service.”
“I've been utilizing their online shopping and pick up services the past few months and I'm really impressed with not only them getting my order right. But how nice and courteous the staff is especially with loading it into my car. I gas my car up there and as far as gas stations go it's always nice and clean and tidy. The price for the gas is a bit less than elsewhere”

“Can't go wrong with the Costco food court. My only complaint is they now have standing tables and got rid of some sitting tables.
I prefer the sitting tables.
Besides that, yummy hot dogs, pizza, and cookies. Ask for onions for the dogger.”
“Stopped by at Folson to charge our Tesla.itnonly took about 5 minutes to charge our Tesla and we are ready to go again. Went to this Sam's club on a Sunday at around 10am. The store was pretty empty and there were no lines on the check out stations. We went to buy 2 pizza combos and used the restrooms. The restroom was clean and the service was fast.”
“Can't beat the prices for gas, I've never bought clothes here but I'm always looking. Even though I don't have a large family to purchase for I love purchasing in bulk to cut down on returning to the store. So most often I go here for my Dairy fruits and vegetables. And definitely my paper products, I like the fact that they offer Sam's bucks. I would love to see a Rewards program based on gas, especially since a lot of families have multiple cars. I've not had any issues and there's always a discount through Groupon for membership. So make sure you check out Groupon before paying the full price. Now that I'm thinking about it I may just purchase a rotisserie chicken today.”
“Easy process, just ordered online and set a time to get my tires swapped. Dropped my car off and walked around the store for about 45 minutes and they were done! Tires looked great and I barely had to do any work.”
“I still love SAM's and it still is my favorite! Costco is just too busy and way too many rude customers and employees!! Sams has always been great to me and helpful as I'm disabled. Plus enjoy the gas prices!!”
“I was surprised how much I enjoy having a Sam's Club membership. They have different items than Costco so I've benefited from having both memberships. They also have the same departments as Costco like the cafe, bakery, pharmacy, optical, and tire shop. A big plus is that they don't have the same long lines. They have a pretty good return policy as well. I've never had to wait in a very long line for returns. The tire shop is good and I was able to get replacement tires under warranty. They only charge a $20 labor fee per tire. But the staff there is pretty slow to help customers. They also left a the lug wrench on when they were driving the car out. Fortunately nothing was damaged. They open at 8:00am for plus customers which is nice because it's an hour earlier than Costco. The biggest "pro" they have over Costco is the "Scan and Go" feature on the Sam's club app. You can scan and checkout your own items and never have to wait in a cashier line.”
“Recently, I had a flat tire for my Tesla and I got 2 new tires here. The front desk guy was very friendly and super helpful in providing all the information needed.
If anyone has issue with tires, I think Costco has best deals and service.
Great customer service !!
Great work !!”

“3 pumps per aisle at the Costco gas station, we were in and out within less than 30min. This is our go to gas station when traveling to and from Tahoe. It's affordable and the service is very quick.”

“Costco gas in Folsom is conveniently located just off the freeway with reasonable prices that beat most competitors. I love the longer hoses that reach either side of your car - super convenient! However, it's always busy, so be prepared to wait. Filling up here might take longer than a regular station, but the savings are worth it if you have the time. Plan accordingly and you'll appreciate the value!”
